Thats the sad thing. Leadership in many gaming companies are the ones who fail the fans. The bosses never listen to their devs on the correct course of action within certain games especially when the fans cry for change then the devs try to speak for the fans but bosses are the reason for the failures in many games over the years. In my 21 years of gaming Ive seen it happen again and again. Funny thing is i also blame the newer generation of gamers as well as some of the older who dont understand what the term boycotting a game means in hopes for change. If certain gamers would quit spending their money on DLC's or character packs etc then maybe the boss will notice a decrease in his paycheck and then and only then i think the idiot bosses would understand without fans money certain games wouldnt even be alive today. But within the gaming industry it a double edge sword how i view the relationship of a boss to a dev to the fans. The fans cry change but then keep paying for stupid stuff within the game. Makes no logical sense besides the fact some so called "gamers" are ignorant.

For Halo, taking up the mantle left behind by Bungie is such a task for MS & 343. I don’t blame them though. I'm playing Halo infinite for 1.5 years, and donating to the game
My opinion
If you have loyalty to the game, to the developers team, and loyalty to them when they release good content, it's absolutely worth donating
But it is always a personal choice of everyone

When the developer team sees, that you are buying something from the game, it means, they will make good content for the game, and feedback that the game community believes in you and your work

Honestly I would have liked it more if I could be green in Halo Wars 2 Skirmish. Being forced to be Blue or Red kinda breaks the immersion. Gameplay wise it is fantastic. Lots of leaders, units, powers however,

Genuine question, guys. Am I wrong for still holding out hope for Halo? Look, I'm well aware of the fact that news of the development of the next titles is about as non-existent as my success with romantic interests lol, and that wanting to give the studio a second chance is a futile effort cuz they've been given such chances so many times at this point, or so people have said.

I really hope it isn't a remake. I'd rather 343/halo studios doesn't start reconing the original games and make a fool out of themselves. Going to the past is annoying enough, the franchise should be moving forward not trampling on established content.

A Halo 3: Anniversary would be welcome however that is the only game set in the past I would personally support which involves playing as a Spartan.

Now maybe an ODST/Marine game set during Reach-3 could be interesting as it would be from a different perspective however I would much prefer Halo 7 oppose to Halo Anniversary: Remastered.

Eh. A low-medium spec gaming build is well worth it for the thousands of other games that do play properly.

Microsoft, out of all of the companies for some reason, just has a really bad PC gaming experience.

It's not just HS/343 either, but TC for Gears. Right now there's a funky issue for Gears 5 where it simply will not download the additional data needed to run the game. The initial install is a base launcher, and then you need to install what you want out of campaign, dlc, multiplayer, etc... And that doesn't work, so the game is inaccessible for new people right now. Or at least those affected.
