Loading screens and times are a joke in this game so having to wait 5+ minutes to join a match that'll only last a few minutes is pointless and insulting.

What I can't stand however is when a player quits having joined from the beginning and ditching just as we are about to start the 4th hill in firefight, resulting in us being royally screwed over.

Why they do it? I haven't got a clue unless you still get career xp when quitting.
