1. you are a "child" in a microsoft family setup that has an "adult" account. solution: the "adult" account owner must either change your profile's settings to permit crossplatform play, or remove you from the family tree.
2. your account has family restrictions set, without an associated "adult" account. solution: find where this is set (varies by platform) and change it - assuming that you're allowed to, and that this was set by mistake or was a holdover from a previous intentional setup.
