I don’t think it’s about ‘using forerunner tech to its fullest’, moreso the Banished are scavengers and treat it with less reverence. They’re utilitarian by nature, most of their designs essentially just being offshoots of existing Covenant tech.

Jul’s faction are a Covenant offshoot full of zealots led by someone who by all accounts is presented as pretty incompetent.

Halo 4's main theme Atonement should be Halo 7's main theme with more somber and down to earth melodies and notes
It should be designed to make one cry even just a bit, for seemingly no reason. Foreshadow that the tale of halo 7 and possibly 8 are not going to be one with your typical happy ending.
IT should almost sound like the main female vocalist, was slightly in tears and should make you feel slightly hopeless.
IT should also be named: "Forgiveness"
Halo 4's main theme is the only one that made me cry FOR REAL from Nostalgia. The only halo OST besides reach's Lone Wolf/Current Objective Survive OST

its all hidden in a newly released map for a gamemode within counter strike source, and i was lucky enough to test this map before its full release to the public, while testing i saw some numbers and asked him if it meant anything he said "maybe" so i went around the entire map finding a number next to a letter and then noting them down, and i THINK i have found all of them in that order, i noted them down and thats the sequence of numbers and letters that came up, he accidentally gave away that the map name "helljumper" is a clue to the puzzle.
