So anyway. But what I mean is, if it was W/B buttons instead of the LB/RB, then devs would be forced to make a better icon for them making it easier for a player to differentiate which is which.
Some do a decent job at this by making it a visual shape like example 1, but I've noticed a lot of games just use example 2 for both buttons making it harder to recognize which one to press in a quick event because the symbols are so close to each other and small enough to not always be immediately recognizable. Not to mention with the added difficulty of players that mix up their left and right.

Fun story, I had to create a Facebook account to fix a bug with Instagram embeds at work. Haven't had an account for 10 years.

Used my work email, it got suspended straight away and put into appeal mode, denied 24 hours later. Made a second account, that got banned a few hours after making it and not touching it. Appealed and approved 24 hours later.

Threads is great, Insta is cool, anything that Facebook touches is a hot pile of trash. I hate that you need an actual Facebook account just for developer stuff

Still not the same. Still only emits a steady stream of light. We stil have to way to physically control light into individual physical projectiles (can you even call it physical?).

The difference is still clear. In Halo, the ammo magazines hold pure light energy in a cartridge, as real life lasers DO NOT. They *emit light by stimulating emission of radiated molecules, not the same.
