Remember, in campaign the brute shot does extra melee damage. All brute weapons do. The brute shot does the most, you can one punch pure forms even on legendary with a brute shot and unlike the sword and hammer it's common to find and doesn't deactivate when you run out of ammo

I got a question… if I made a new account and I’m dropping like 20-30 up to 40-50 some games, kills per match and average 5-10 deaths maximum, but consistently… and I’m getting +15’s… then I play a slayer and go 16-7 then another slayer 15-5… and I only go up +12 or +13? I mean what is driving this points system I’m confused af. If I go too hard at the beginning does that mean I have to keep up that same level of stats on every game type? Any feedback is appreciated

Yep, starting a new account and doing very well tells the system that you’re an above average player

So when you start ranked, the system already knows where you should be before you even start placements

As someone who has enjoyed Risk my whole life, RISK Halo Wars has the best map of any variant I've played. You can break up the long map into two smaller maps for shorter games. It's brilliant. Unknown or underperforming investments get less freedom. Halo, like or not, is an underperforming investment, and Microsoft needs justification to attempt to make it a Call of Duty style juggernaut.

And even then it is not a guarantee.
