I need to try it like that. My meatball cheat is to take store Italian sausage, cut the casing open, take small pieces and round them into small ball shaped pieces.
Lay them spaced out in a baking dish with some of the spaghetti sauce in the pan. Cover with foil and bake at 375 until cooked thoroughly (normally about 20-30min)
Stir halfway through and make sure they are spaced from each other.
