It's annoying but the Banished has used plenty of human forces in the past in limited number. Considering Zane is both a completely disavowed and anti-UNSC Spartan, she's a rare exception, provided they don't do something dumb like say an entire company of IVs went rogue or somethting instead of the currently far more plausible (and canon) explanation that rebels have thoroughly stolen state secrets in the post-war gap.

We already knew they had infiltrators in the medical and engineering side of the Spartan IV program (it's how Mickey got convinced to join the rebel front), so them being able to make and outfit their own spartan equivalents at least makes some sense.

Well, for starters, the plot, the characters, the situations, the actions of most of the cast, the presentation of most of the plot events.

It was originally going to be worse, which is still funny.

Forge gets into a fistfight with a Spartan offscreen, Ripa is comically evil to the point of being funny instead of menacing, the entire Spartan versus Elite cutscene basically epitomizes everything wrong with the typical 'goofy one sided fight' trope, etc etc.

Ah, yes, gravity slingshotting around a star. Cool. That makes sense. Token PoA appearance, gotcha. Spartans have shields but normal elites don't. Interesting choice.

Ah, a super Scarab, halfbuilt, because the Covenant apparently doesn't airdrop things anymore.

To be clear here, it's that there's character interaction gated behind idling in a time where it kinda breaks SoD.

But like, Osiris has a ton of squad dynamics that I noticed.

Locke is almost never the conversation instigator, only chiming in when called upon or asked a question-or confirming something another squad member said. He is a closed and guarded book with a one-word cover, written and oriented towards singular purpose.

Buck frequently questions observations about alien behaviors and attitudes-generally questioning enemy motivation, or confirming it. He comments on Tanaka's side on human issues, however, due to shared history. He is friendly and personable, a traditional (As in, in the real traditional, not the hollywood traditional) sergeant.

Vale frequently questions observations about ally behaviors and attitudes, probing allegiances or mindsets. When among elites, she answers her squadmate's questions or confirms Sangheili societal observations-and takes a vested interest in their history, commenting frequently on it. She comments as an academic, svelte and sophisticated.

Tanaka will almost randomly chime in, lost in observations on technology or her own past-not necessarily lost in her own head, but operating on a technical and survival oriented wavelength. The experience on Meridian is uniquely personal to her, and she seems almost offended by the niavete of the only squad member who didn't survive a glassing. She comments as an engineer and survivor, precise and deliberate but wistful and hurt.

... And it's times like this I realize I'm the only damn person who listened to the character dialogue enough to actually know what anyone's talking about.

You just open it once its "ready to play" and stop the downloads in-game

i assume if you dont have enough space for the whole MCC it wont even let you start the download tho

but you can launch it after about 20GB and then stop the rest of the collection downloading

on the xbox pc version, this is just how it works. after you launch the game you'll be able to uninstall the other content via a menu item. steam version is the only one where you can install the games individually before launching
