All of the Banished weapon models have blades in areas where, when doing a melee attack, you'd actually hit the enemy with the blade.

Neat.

Ex; the melee with the Sidekick is a forward smack with the entire weapon (if your Spartan doesnt throw a left hand hook instead), and the blade on the Banished Sidekick is right in the front.

Bulldog Banished model has a huge butcher knife blade at the back like the Brute Shot.
The melee for it is across the way with the body of the weapon, so your basically slamming the blade into the enemy with both hands.

And yes, probably, but the back "stock" section seems to be more blunt than the rest. Should be fine if your resting it against armor or plating.

Also the Banished Bandit has spikes on the rear of the weapon.

Well, the U.S. Office is more like potatoes than candy: won't wow you in the face at the first bite, but as you accumulate it, you grow to really love it. I got my start by having it on as a junk-food show while doing mindless chores like ironing shirts. Then a year or so after that, I cycled it through again for junk-food viewing, and found myself really getting pulled in by the random "oh yeah, this bit coming up is hilarious when he does X or Y". You grow to love it like a congenial neighbor or the same friendly bar.

But I do think they fit the character of Halo specifically: one of Halo PvP's standout characteristics has always been what the devs called the "dance of death" where it's an extended duel between two opponents per the duration of the shield and then health, allowing one to reverse against the other. So having a vibe akin to a fighting game where you put an exclamation point on your victory over the opponent fits Halo well.

That's how Halo: Reach worked. You're not using a zoom-in option, it's more of a binoculars.

I imagine you're using an Assault Rifle or another not-scoped weapon.

Back in the day during Halo 2 with xbox live, if you accidentally team eliminated somebody while driving a warthog, they could eject you in the game by holding X. I think the limit was like 2 or 3 haha

Generally would recommend starting with CE, because going from Reach to CE is going to be a pain to adapt to.
But if you're that far in then it is what it is.
