In most case for me heroic is 'tough but fair', legendary is intentionally painful. Normal is 'about right' and easy is for when 'I just want to zone.' I usually do one legendary run, but I rarely feel the need to do it again.

Outside of Ranked Arena which is obviously the HCS playlist (they basically should just call it that), every other ranked playlist they throw up is a crapshoot. Ranked Doubles always fails. Ranked Tactical Slayer fails. We need a dedicated Ranked Slayer playlist. All the other Halos had it, I do not understand why Infinite is any different.

While I love the ranked arena playlist, I'm not the biggest fan of objective modes, and I know that playlists weighs objective more than slayer. I want to be ranked in slayer 100% like the past Halos had.

Poor plot structuring, poor character understanding. Several major plotholes. Very little is actually explained regarding how, or why, certain characters operate according to the story.

Truth's entire method of operation changes offscreen, and unlike Cortana in 5, didn't actually have a pretty good excuse such as dying.

Or how they're somehow surprised that an AI force-fed a diet of war, torture, Forerunner history, and flood exposure while also being Halsey's kid, would adopt a platform of peace, damn the means.

Or why Halsey turned on the Infinity's crew in Spartan Ops.

You don't even need to read a book to know this garbage, either.

It's this frustrating perpetuation of 'just read the books and it'll make sense' when all that really does is hammer a point that's already made pretty damn clear by non-literary media.

Well she was rampant, then supposedly died, but ended up in the 100,000-years empty control room of the Forerunner empire. There isn't much aside from minute details that were left out between the games regarding Cortana

Honestly, the part where she survived isn't even that hard to figure out. She showed up in the Domain, not expecting that when she died-which she tells you, in 5, by the way-and the Warden agreed with her logic.

Honestly, the only book that covers it actually gives a different answer than the game does, and it's literally only different in that it's her hacking the Warden instead of the Warden thinking she's the best choice for the job, which seems to be a plot thread that's been severed.
