I like the lore of infinite campaign and the story but it's the gameplay for me that's terrible, terrain is awful, open world done bad I feel like I'm playing an mmo doing like fetch quests or something

"Cloud" means you're running a process at some remote data center instead of your own hardware.

In Cloud Gaming, you're not running Halo Infinite on your PC, but you're streaming Halo Infinite from a Microsoft Azure data center.

That way, even someone with an i3 laptop with integrated graphics can play Infinite in Cloud Gaming, provided their internet is good enough for streaming and they own an Xbox controller.
