I was so sad to see my trade school/community college become a shell of itself and basically become a mini college that started charging double while removing many of the hard skill trades that were very popular. They only have a few trades now they teach and is basically now just a way to get college classes and credits to be able to go to the university and get a degree quicker and have admissions be easier since you went somewhere partnered with them

It's sad. We are already in a drastic shortage of skilled tradesman and the ones in the business are getting older. You can make six figures doing this sort of work, but I guess the current generation doesn't have the desire to get their hands dirty. (I sound old) I have to wonder who they think is going to do electric, plumbing, wood work, mechanics, repairs...if people aren't stepping into that market. Some areas it's weeks long waits because of how few are in business. Even here, getting a backflow test takes weeks as it's just mostly one older guy. The one who does mine can't find help and he's 72... it's baffling how much money is left on the table by not learning a skill.

Not really, I think a lot of 40k authors intentionally make their books inconsistent from other authors as a kind of propaganda

It also helps the "feel" of the series. Having to keep track of EVERYTHING thar came before can be a pain when there's as many books as 40k has.
Most of the long time authors (ADB) have it nailed down but you have guys who come in and write one or two and just kinda vanish after who are doing it for a paycheck and it shows

Also 40k is as far from "hard" fiction as possible, that's the point. It's fine, unless you're one of those nerds who OBSESSES over crossover vs matchups

Infinite's multiplayer has to be the best out of any Halo franchise imo but the campaign seems to be badly lacking - HALO and Open-World don't really mix

Gyroscope is a little chip that combines magnetic forces from the earth's rotation (a compass) and an accelerometer to detect when it's being moved and tilted, they're completely separate to the hardware analogue sticks that are in use. Which could be fixed if companies just used Hall effect analogue sticks.

Fun fact, Xbox series X, S and the 2016 Xbox One controllers use hall effect sensors for the triggers.

halo 3 has a huge campaign for the games it could compare too at the time, the way the vehicles drove was a little wonky but that was fun at some times

Look up guides in youtube. Sometimes depending on the game/weapons you have to lead your shots. If Infinite's your first FPS then you're just gonna have to be patient, there's decades' worth of FPS games and they're all different, lots of people have played through many of them and they've gotten a feel for it. So it's only natural.

yeah then try not to look around to much and keep your crosshair where you think the enemy will show up (ex: behind doors, on high places, near weapon spawn points, etc.) also keep you crosshair around the area where the enemy’s head is. i was just like you before and couldn’t hit anything but i changed the way i look around and it drastically improved my gameplay

main thing is keeping your crosshair on the level of you enemy’s head

Halo needs to add a detection where if someone gets let's say 3 IN TOTAL betrayals they automatically get kicked

If you are that bad to the point where you accidentally get 3 within the whole game, you deserve to be kicked and banned temporarily anyway

Because he just kept waiting till the time limit was over or something and then killed me, therefore allowing him to kill me as much times as he wanted without punishment, and if I decide "hey its not worth it ima just leave-" haha nice try I lose 15 points which is more than if I had stayed and just let them keep killing me; which is a waste of my time but I am now forced to stay so I don't lose 15 points
