Gym time, and this is irritating, I’ve gone up in weight in every category of work out except for curls for arms

curls and arms takes a lot more time to add weight, adding 5 lbs to curls is much much harder then 5lbs to bench or squat, remember adding weight isnt the only option, you can slow down the reps, add reps, mind muscle connection, resistance bands. adding weight to curls is a slow process @timid crane

so If you have jumped from curls that large in 3 weeks your form might have broken down, 45s are massive to curl with good form and very odd if your squatting 135

if you are curling 45s with good form then hats off but its not gonna increase 5 lbs every 3 weeks, maybe every 5 months at that weight with good form

going from 25s to 45s in 3 weeks is kinda insane unless its your first few months of training, but if thats true than 45s are pretty heavy

I mean it’s my first time actually working out and stuff, so like for squating I jumped from 50 to 135 for chest and back I jumped from 25s to 40-45s, it’s just the curls that are struggling

I did a modified Wendler's 5/3/1 when I started lifting and jumps like that in the beginning are common but definitely not something you'd see in curls

The bicep is a relatively small muscle and curls are an isolated lift compared to a multi muscle engaged lift like a squat or a bench

the isolation workouts take much longer to add weight too the reason you added so fast at the beginning was something called noobie gains, its your body first getting used to weightlifting and the weight will shoot up super fast

but in curls you could have bad form with a jump that big

You might like Wendler's 5/3/1 if you don't already have a program. It's very power lifter based and there are alternative lifts you can add in to make it well rounded. And the mostly constant progression feels really great with the numbers game

I think wasps need better spawns, a lot of the time the enemy team will get one and we get a warthog lol, or vice versa

Yeah. Since wraiths fire in an arc and it moves slower you can pull it off kinda more consistently. Scorpions give no warning
