Commando and Sidekick are not in the rotation. Sidekick was removed very quickly due to the incredible sizes of the maps and Command was dropped in first week of april aswell, leaving only Bandit which is the vast majority of games and a few BR battles

Also, it ranks up the hidden MMR faster than CSR progresses. It probably is scaled in both directions. Over the course of playing, just int a few matches and you trough down below what you should play as. Win a couple later and you crest at that next level where the players are wildly good. It's a roller coaster of a ride if you play for like 2 hours. From my play sessions, I've found it's more consistent in ranked than in casual.

If the Endless have precursor origins/relations would be at best speculation. I don’t believe any hard connection exists that we know of.
We also are currently in season 3 of Halo Infinite and so far they have not brought any “main” narrative items into the MP progressive narrative. They certainly could in the future but as of now they have not.

They already do most of that. Every event has a pass with multiple cosmetic unlocks, the store usually has one or more items or bundles based on the event theme. There's usually always a special playlist based on the event theme too.

You can turn the screen shake off in the settings, I forgot where, but probably gameplay and all the way down
I always turn it off or just bare minimal for the immersion

I've never been one to turn that stuff off. I don't get sick from playing games, so they never presented any problems for me. Plus, I like my games to retain their sense of style.
