I get the argument from the CMA, and I agree with it, but you could make the argument that if cloud gaming was more viable for the many, then the current % share controlled by MS would be a lot lower.

They use the market share % as reasoning for their denial of the merger, so that's why I'm trying to rationalise an argument against it.

I use party chat unless the game has some cool integration for in-game VC. Like Fortnite had a Halloween event one year where eliminated players on your squad had a voice filter applied to them to make them sound all spooky that was pretty fun to play with.
