Just any other dev but 343--more like 34.3 as in the number of people left (one is a child traveling around with a parent since there was no babysitter).
As I mentioned earlier, I believe the dev team is done for considering the massive layoffs. I think a merger will occur and many other smaller devs will fill the gaps or make a new studio.

I don't know who decided upon the campaign for Infinite (no spoilers), but everything that could have made it better was wasted. I felt like I was playing Halo 7 instead of Halo 6.

The issue lies in the fact that the bots don’t exactly look perfect with them
There’s a ton of clipping and other issues which the bots shouldn’t have

That will just make people disappointed that “no time was put in to make the armor not clip”
At least offer the cross core as a "beta" and the issues will be fixed later.

They have the assests. Just edit the menu and customization, including RGB sliders.

Very true, Likely a lot of the population comes from Xbox and Gamepass since there are perks to playing there and also as Halo is prodominantly an Xbox game. Steam Charts are not the be all end all

So I’ve done Spartan Ops Episode 9 twice on legendary and my “Complete all chapters in Spartans Ops Episode 9” is stuck at 80%

The thing that makes spartan ops unfun is the spamming of enemies and not having a penalty for dying
Appealing a ban is probably easier then getting them to fix the achievements
Placing as many enemies as humanly possible in multiplayer maps
It’s a boring mode but I just spread it over the last few years

20 hours of the same repetitive boring gameplay over and over again

I checkend, there are 13 Bandit maps and 14 maps with BR in Tactical Slayer, no other weapon is available in the playlist for the time being.

I mean, Halo had some banger tracks here and there. Halo 2 probably had one of the best soundtracks. However, "Arrival" from Halo 4 dials everything up to 11.
I'm more of a fan of Belly of the Beast and Halo 5's Light is Green tracks personally.
Arrival, Green and Blue, Nemesis, Solace, To Galaxy, 117. All great tracks
Walk Softly from Halo 5 is my favorite.

If I went back in time and was handed the reins, I would scrap the open world altogether. I was just continue the game exactly where Halo 5 left off and added those story bits into gameplay.
The idea was solid. I just think that the environment could've been something a little less boring.
I love the open world for the same reason I loved ODST's open world.
Lots of little stories and things to see. Lots of room to goof off.
Well, ODST actually didn't have many mini-'story' areas, but still.
I liked Infinite's open world for those reasons. Disliked ODST's because it didn't really give you much to goof off with.
It 100% nailed the vibe though, it gets lonely.

It wasn't really difficulty for me. It was more that there weren't very many combat encounters you could have in Mombasa Streets. It felt very much linear in that regard.
When you mentioned difficulty, the first thing I can think of was boarding the covenant ship in Truth and Reconciliation...
Although I guess difficulty did play into it, because what combat encounters were there were like playing the tiniest fraction of a mission before moving on.
T&R isn't really hard either.

I had my fun going with the grapple and fighting, I had a lot of fun with the campaign despite my issues with it
Being able to take on any fight pretty much completely on my own terms was good. Plus there was a good bit of variety to the random enemy encounters.
I remember that being something highly praised about Bungie’s games
I'm not worried about the grappling and the fighting. It was mainly just the story and the lack of variety in terms of environments.
Halo Infinite felt like Halo 7. The good Halo story was just skipped over.
Oh, and that Cortana wannabe replacement was extremely terrible. I would have just pushed the button myself to delete her.

I also thought the story in Infinite was fine. It wasn't a masterpiece, but it was pretty good for what it was. I would've preferred the story to continue in the direction it was going with 5.

I won't spoil anything, but one part of the story that revealed everything that occurred after Halo 5 got me so pissed off. I said to myself, "these should have been playable missions!!!"
I also enjoyed with the environments we got in. We didn't get multiple biomes, but the map never felt samey to me. Each region felt pretty distinct and I never felt like "I've been here before" when encountering a new location.
Continuing on with the AI, I would have told "not Cortana" to hop in the chip so that I could throw it into the abyss.
I figure it's a worse fate to go rampant alone
She might actually follow protocol and delete herself if that happened.
She should have done that before I met her.

I like The Weapon
The open world looks bland because of a lack of far shadows and density of scenery to me
The weapon is the dog that was supposed to replace Brian Griffin.
It’s the contrast between the detailed interiors and the last gen looking open world that sticks out to me
It’s why when the sun is setting or rising the game looks best, it hides the lack of far shadows
It would have been more interesting if the open world had deserts, snowy mountains, maybe even a bog.
But instead, we were just given trees, grass, and metallic interiors.
I just think they needed more time optimising the engine to allow for more detail at distance
I think the game should have had an extra 2 years of development just to scrap all the terrible things.
The forerunner places was perfect and I wanted more
I’m pretty sure the reason they won’t add RT shadows to campaign is it will not run on Xbox and the game will looks dramatically better on PC
And we had no explanation as to what happened to the forerunners. That's how bad the story was. It was like, "Hey everyone, we heard you didn't like Halo 5. So we just poofed that story for no reason."
And it’s not that the Xbox can’t render RT shadows at distance, it’s just the engine is not optimised well enough
It was just fine, that's all I can say. Passing grade. For the struggles they had in development, I couldn't expect them to do more.
In a perfect world, we might have gotten more biomes, but we do not live in that timeline

Why don't grenades count as explosives in Infinite? This makes no sense.
The Cindershot and Rocket Launcher count, but not grenades?
Projectile go boom boom, how is that hard to understand? I didn't know the metagame changed in Infinite.
(it might be a desync issue on my end but grenades don't count for the ultimate challenge.)

I don’t think I was getting grenade kills either, and a couple people on the forums were talking about it too
If you want to be technical, Halo grenades use shrapnel to kill, not directly explosions

It took half of the book intitled "halo the fall of reach" for the book to actually be about the fall of reach
I think the movie adaptation completely ignored the fall of reach too
And just focused on the first half with the origin of the spartan IIs
That’s why that book is my favorite

They are working to bring Banished AI to forge but no time table. No other mention of PvE stuff as of yet. Same with cross core. They have not said they are not doing it. It just appears to be taking time.
I quite like Rise of the Spartans and CNP but my favourite would have to be Arby 'n' the chief

Oh ok, yea the PVE content is what may get me to start playing again, along with a progression system and full cross core.

and the lack of PvE content has been frustrating

They have publicly said they are working to do this. No guarantee but if they say they are trying, I would like to think it will happen. But we will see
I mean More into the PVE side of things, but do enjoy some PVP fairly well.
But yea with Halo Infinite I have just decided to never get over excited or get my hopes up, and rather reserve that excitement for other stuff. I just kinda sor back and wai to see what happens and if it's good it's good if not ok, no fuss, no rants I just go back and play Monster Hunter Rise.

Yes, however I do believe the game itself is built on such a disasterious amount of Bad Code or just Code that Is beyond repair that even if they are genuinely attempting to make something amazing, they are essentially sabotaged by the game itself and it's Almost flu by night coding.

Well I'm enjoying monster hunter Rise, and No Man asky at the moment. I but two castles in Norman sky I enjoy pushing my limits of creativity in that game

I've heard good - alright things about those games
After that I kinda lost interest as ot got mundane for me
I stopped playing about a week after it came out
I just had zero interest in the multiplayer
I enjoy PvP but that's only on the custom browser (for MCC)
With MHR I joined the discord and learned show to build Meta Builds for my weapon and that made the game actually very fun as I have to farm specific monsters to get specific sets and it makes the hunts a bit easier not to mention just learning each monsters attack pattern.
Ii also play Elden Ring. For me those games are very fun as you have to earn everything and it doesn't just hand you the stuff or Paywall it all
the only game I've played that resembles Elden Ring has to be Thymesia
and that was a blast of a game only 8 bosses but they were really good

ME700/IRONFIRE700#9105: If anyone in the chat has a way to make recommendations to halo, please relay this idea: PLEASE STOP pairing the solo players against squads! Squads have a level of coordination that makes the game unfair to uncoordinated bands of solos, and they cant expect everyone to always have friends online. I could understand a duo playing with the solos, or a match like this when there's no other quick pairing, but matches like this shouldn't happen for me as often as they do. This concept could easily apply to any fps multiplayer game too. Anyone else agree here?

both hammers swing at the exact same time, only I'm killed or even damaged
previously I melee a guy who's only just started to swing his hammer and he somehow also kills me even though his swing shouldn't be anywhere near the damage arc
hammers have no counter
you cant even out space them because they no shield you and its an easy cleanup
why even bother talking anymore either, 90% of the games its only me doing callouts, so end up just muting halfway when people dont listen to the "name hes right behind you" .... dead

The ravagers existence is pointless, let alone the rebound.
the ravanger is pretty solid if you know how to use it. its only a two burst kill & its power up is great annoying vehicles
but the rebound just makes no sense

It has literally no use in 4v4
And same issue with the tracker hydra
agreed. its just a goofy weapon to have that really doesnt have much of an impact on 4v4
actually, the hydra w/o the lock on is a 3 shot kill, which is pretty solid considering you only need to aim at their feet to do enough damage.
Honestly, Halo 5s hydra was actually sometimes as powerful as the spnkr/pilum. Halo infinite made it completely useless.
on top of that it requires one shot to get a 1 shot melee
it's good for making shields low, but that's about it
i think the lock on setting for the hydra should do more damage to vehicles. either that or the projectile goes faster
Only if you are at a high point, you can shoot the ground.
If you are even a little bit higher, the whole thing just does no damage.

What halo 5 did right is defined weapon classes.
Plasma rifle, assault rifle, pilum.
Then they called the Brute plasma rifle, Longshot, and spnkr variants
look at CE if you want to see how it should be on paper.
Also, raise your hand if you think that the bandit and commando don’t both need to exist in the same map on the same time.

I think so.
In forge, every weapon counts as a separate weapon type.
Then, you choose Longshot or default weapon configuration.
In theory, they should check for “Weapon Type” not “Weapon.”
That’s how you make combined weapons.
You choose one Weapon type, but take the configuration from a different weapon.
But when you tell it to Get Weapon, it takes the weapon you used to define “weapon type”
oh how fun. Not a single Bandit challenge, and Tactical Slayer won't give me anything else but Bandits

But other achievements related to completing missions or getting easter eggs from the missions still count

Some of the marines you rescue in Infinite are ODSTs, but it's hard to tell because they got no armor

Covenant/Banished weapons are mostly based on plasma, Forerunner weapons are exclusively based on hardlight
Fun thing I noticed; the Shockbrace on Mirage says it's used in melee...and when you melee with most UNSC rifles; you can see it on your Spartan when they move. So it WOULD work like it's said too in the blurb. You just bonk your foe in the face

Yup one night lost 11/12 of my BTB matches and so now I just do team slayer. Objective modes seem to attract people who don’t know what objectives are

Isn't a big deal but I wish the blue "clips" on the util/eyespy-II chest attachment for SPI was either steely/silver or used your armor coating color, had bounded physics similar to weapon charms or were at least pointed downwards. might be cool if the lens on the shoulder used your visor color too.
also the radio antenna on the util/project ra zspec chest attachment for SPI gets really close to clipping into like most of the helmet attachments. Would be cool if there was a version without the radio in my opinion.

There have been regular posts about solos vs 4 stacks. So I jotted down some game data for the last 50 ranked games.
My team;
1+1+1+1 = 25
1+1+2 = 21
1+3 = 4
So, pretty much 50% of my games are a solo stack. And 50% have a visiting squad.
Their team;
1+1+1+1 = 7
1+1+2 = 9
1+3 = 13
2+2 = 2
4 = 19
Which is more squads than I expected. Nearly 4/10 games are vs a 4 stack.
depending on player base and skill level, wouldn't it be much harder and take a longer time searching in MM to make 4Stack v 4Stack rather than just placing together two teams that are close in skill level?

Yeah. It's why they don't exclusively match stacked lobbies together. If they tried to do so, there would be a lot of cases where there isn't a team with the same or similar skill level searching at the same time.
The compromise they made was that stacked teams have an elevated skill rating compared to teams composed of randoms.
a 4 stack just should not face 4 solos. there's 3+1 or 2+2 that is far more fair then 1+1+1+1

And that's probably very true. Some play styles suit solo teams better. And it probably also comes down to the game. I don't have enough data - but I imagine CTF is probably harder as a solo team.

This recollection bias is real. Forums are full of it. Most complaints about stacks, poor team-mates, having to carry, and map/mode frequency, etc, don't hold up with an examination of a player's game history. And it's perfectly natural - we are all putting an emotional weight onto the result of that game.
It's also a pretty well known phenomenon that negative experiences tend to have a greater impact than positive ones. You can play 5 good games for every bad one, and the bad ones will leave the most impact.

Imo it would’ve been cool if each of the fractures added new weapons themed to the core (only being available in event playlists mainly). Came up with these for fun cuz I was bored:
Yoroi:
Lotus Blades (dual short energy swords, can throw them like boomerangs)
Beetle Grenades (stick to ground and then crawl towards players a short distance before exploding)
Eaglestrike:
Leadbolter (basically a bruteshot/blast shotgun but UNSC themed)
Battlement Wall (mobile shield that you can reflect bullets at a short distance and whack people with, kinda like a repulsor but not.)
Rakshaka:
Phoenix SMG (incendiary smg, maybe a variant of the commando rifle)
Hookwire (grenade that sticks to the ground, activates when an enemy gets near it and hooks them to the ground temporarily)
Also I know rakshaka isn’t technically a fracture but, whatever yknow. Anyways, sorry for the long message.

I agree that it should try and match squads where it can. But providing the MMR weighting keeps the games even I'm not sure it's a game breaking issue. I don't have a lot of data but in my last 50 games I've played 10 as a solo squad vs a foursome. With a 60% win rate!

well they will probably do a dlc at some point maybe a few years away considering halo infinite was not the successful they thought it could been

Halo infinite, fire your weapon upon spawn, notice the trigger motors on the controller triggers, then, die, and respawn, fire your weapon and notice, there is no trigger vibration, pause then unpause, then you get trigger vibration back, weird.

servers always feel worse after these event updates. And now I have a bug where I can't equip anything in the armor hall..
Gonna be real, after taking almost all of season 2 off and coming back a couple of weeks ago I feel way better at the game than I used to be.
Though that could be the jump from Series X to a PC that gets upwards of 170fps. Idk, aiming on controller feels less janky than it used to though. Like the aim assist got reworked or the increased FPS is also increasing my AA.
I haven't even been interested in those. To be honest.

I'm really expecting Starfield to be a letdown. For me Tears of the Kingdom coming in just over a week is exciting news. And AC6 is pretty much guaranteed to slap because even a bad fromsoft game is still leagues ahead of the competition.

BRs are too free, and have nearly no range limitations of 4v4 maps.
Commandos are okay, but automatics don't feel right for it.
Sidekicks are too spammy.
Manglers are too random.
Stalkers are probably second best, but they are again too easy across the map and possibly too spaghetti up close. Plus alien weapons don't feel right for it.
Bandits are absolutely perfect for SWAT. The headshots aren't free, so aim skill is rewarded. They become significantly harder to use outside of their effective ranges, but if you really focus on your aim they are still useable. It really is the get good or die gun SWAT's been missing since Reach Swagnums. H3 was the last time we had a good rifle-based SWAT because of the slow projectiles.
Magnum/sidekick/pistol swat in any iteration was awful too. Bandit feels like it's completely random whether a shot will hit or not. I've already taken clips where I'll shoot someone straight in the dome with the Bandit and they just keep trucking along.

I agree with your first statement for any game other than Reach. Reach's Magnum was excellent for SWAT. It has exactly the right amount of precision, was extremely punishing when spammed, and couldn't cross map for free.
And Bandits aren't random at all. They shoot plenty straight. When you miss a headshot with it, especially within RRR it's purely a skill issue. The BR, and weapons used for SWAT in H4 and 5 have a ton of forgiveness compared to it. It's one of the reasons I haven't liked SWAT since Reach Swagnums. There was no aim skill, it was 100% reaction speed.
So far for Me I enjoy No Man Sky so Starfeild doesn't seem to be any lower of a standard than that so it won't be a letdown for me.
I'm looking forward to the Ship customization aspect of the game, story wise I don't expect much but at least a good attempt.
Armored core I expect a customizable mech that's going to look cool.
And fromsoft does make some genuine from the heart games.
It was hilarious How Salty Ubisoft and some other Devs for over Elden Ring getting the praise that it did. But it was the first No MTX fully built game In a While.
Honestly Ubisoft makes excellent open worlds. But Ive never been a fan of how they load up those worlds with content. It always feels like a checklist of repetitive tasks. I do have to give Infinite credit for going with less content, but having that content be mostly unique experiences. Breath of the Wild though, that game did pretty good. Only the test of strength shrines felt like padded content.
Speaking of Ubisoft I heard they are making an Open World Starwars game... Granted I don't expect the story to be great but as far as Open worlds go Ubisoft does know how to build them.

Agree. They need to keep tightening the ranges. The introduction of bands were a great start but it needs to go further.
Having said that - there was (and still is) quite a backlash against those restrictions.
They can remove restriction for BTB and fiesta and those modes but quick play, team slayer they really need a range

And it's also useful to keep in mind that the "skill gap" between divisions. An average Diamond player should go 75:25 vs Platinum, 50:50 vs Diamond, and 25:75 vs Onyx.
There needs to be a narrow range for solo players. Or even better - a user defined range as part of a bigger match composer!
If you go in with a wide ranging squad (of your choosing) then you are essentially giving permission for the MM to find other similar squads.
And time to give SBMM a helping hand. Why not have some sort of handicapping system to even the playing field for all players. You could play with the scores, loadouts, map pick ups, etc. Lots of different ways to do it. You could then have players a couple of divisions apart happily going head to head.

I doubt handicap will ever be implemented in any game, that just isn't how online gaming is, once you create a unfair advtange for someone you lost all integrity in the game

Handicapping would pretty much tick all those boxes. It's pretty much the "antidote" to all the current matchmaking woes (social only obviously).
And I've done this a lot in custom games. With a combination of scripting and "gentlemen's agreements". And it works pretty well with Gold to Onyx players having a great time running around on the same battlefield.

Which is the problem. We can't have our cake and eat it too. The alternative is wider skill gaps and/or longer wait times. Both of which are similarly unacceptable.
Handicapping does affect the better players in that they can't "show off" or run around with high KD.
But it shouldn't worry them from a playing perspective; scoring (lesser players worth less points), loadouts (struggling players getting better weapons and/or OS on spawn), or map pick ups (eg. power weapons, camo, equipment etc not showing up for some players).
Our group used to forge a bunch of OS on the map - and the gentleman's agreement was that only the designated damage sponges could use them. And the two Onyx type players wouldn't be allowed to pick up power weapons (especially the sniper). The games were a lot more even. Of course the better players still won - but with a bit of SBMM in the background you could easily create balanced games.
I mean that sound fine with friend but no ransoms will agree to being handicapped. I am happier waiting for longer to have less range in match making.
Which brings us back to a Match Composer. Over to you 343.
What's this glitch that keeps happening on the btb unlimited Playlist. When we get to level 6 of the guns it doesn't count our kills and it doesn't start counting again until after the other team has reached level 9. At that point there's no way to win what am I supposed to do

@wide trout I'm a bit late on this response bit yeah I made the bug report about controller vibration being partially disabled upon death like you said with exact steps.
I'm just trying to understand why a player death disables the trigger vibrations, and why simply pausing the menu and unpausing after respawn fixes the issue it's like so weird, go ahead and try, shoot, then die, then shoot and you miss out on the nice finger buzz until you pause and unpause.

I'm at 1 crash. First crash in a long time. Server connection is a different story. Went 3 hours and my lowes ping was 74. Had unstable packet loss and over 1000 ping for about half a game.

The fact that you can play halo CE on an emulator, and then use something like tunngle or hamachi to play "online" by making a fake LAN network and it works just fine is proof enough
I'm also pretty new to halo, i used to enjoy the lore videos but i got mcc and im playing through the campaigns

i didnt actually finish it until like 2 weeks ago

the gearbox port (original PC port) was a steaming pile of garbage but still fun and it's how I played through CE. The netcode was god awful but even that was better than MCCs current hitreg
yes, but the multiplayer is mostly unedited
People were jittery, you had to lead farther than normal to compensate for lag, but most of the time if you hit someone it counted
in MCC you don't even get the luxury of having your shots register half of the time
ik this might be slightly insensitive but why not play any other multiplayer that works better? is it just nostalgia or do you feel like ce multiplayer is the best one

i just prefer halo CEs gameplay and art design
halo CE had a lot of cool things in its sandbox
maybe a fan project will come together like project cartographer but for ce multiplayer
like the plasma rifle stuns people when you shoot them with it, allowing you to pretty much sneak up behind them and lock them in place

but it's hard to do now since hitreg is all wonky
a few shots start randomly disappearing and the entire stun lock is broken

343 has to have borked it up somewhere even more than the gearbox port, that's the only thing I can see logically
h2 multiplayer with a ce weapon and texture pack so all the weapons function the same like the plasma rifle stun

but you can mess with the mechanics to make them feel similar to ce's pvp

halo CE should just work, by using mods there is pretty much no playerbase since everyone has to have the mod
I expect to be able to play halo CE in the MCC and have it work 1:1 with the xbox version
especially since we have things like skins, ranks, leaderboards, competitive etc.

@covert cloud if you want to start playing multiplayer, I think halo reach is the most noob friendly, followed by halo 3, then 2, and halo CE is a sweatfest

It feels pretty balanced on Legendary actually
Especially compared to other Halo games
But because most elites would just tank a spartan laser and not even break shields
it made me want to scream slurs the entire time
I barely hit my mark with Spartan lasers
sometimes it felt like I did no damage but I probably missed by a small amount
halo CE and 3 had perfect legendary difficulty

I found it by far the most enjoyable game to play on legendary
I died enough on normal to even consider legendary so I'm gonna stay out of this
enemies weren't spongy, and you also weren't spongy
everyone was a glass cannon on halo CE legendary
so they just buffed enemy damage and not health?
well their health is technically buffed, but that's what precision weapons and plasma is for

just drop their shields and shoot them in the face
needler is useful for that too if you don't have precision weapons
honestly the weapon design in all of these games is really good and let's you think about what combination you want to use
especially with dual wielding
halo CE was awesome for its sandbox
yeah even with the limited weapon selection everything felt very balanced
like i said, the plasma pistol stun locks in halo CE, so if you 1v1 an elite you can keep him stunned until he dies
the pistol was kind of busted but that's probably just precision damage
pistol was kept a secret until the game launched LOL, that's why it's so strong
yeah, the damage numbers were edited literally a day before copies started being printed out
I used to play destiny 2 for like nearly 3 years and I can see so clearly how bungie borrowed from halos sandbox
multiplayer would definitely be better
also the way it was full auto and could take down a banshee with half a mag

just because it's something new honestly, that's the only reason why. That and the hope that at SOME point in time, halo infinite will actually be a finished, polished game

I just like to be optimistic is all
the video gaming space is often very toxic so I just tend to go the other direction
not even too sure why when the entire point of the industry is for people to have fun
game engine is terrible and poorly optimized, TAA is forced on and looks blurry, sandbox is too lethal, "support" weapons have pretty much been removed, maps are frustrating and unfun, game is extremely predatory for microtransactions, fan requests have been largely ignored, gameplay is focused on E-sports and competitive rather than actually being fun, bugs since launch have never been ironed out, 343 is usually silent and not transparent with the community, desync is back and worse than ever in season 3, and thats just off the top of my head
To be fair TAA is forced on because it’s probably required for the resolution scaling and it’s effort implementing alternative AA
Runs fine for me, sounds more like a monitor/hardware issue to me, most guns are the same as they've always been if they existed before (The BR and BR both have nearly the same TTK as their original rendition), there's two support weapons but they're admittedly rare, subjective, untrue, subjective, some have been corrected, entirely untrue, subjective (Many false cases exist that people don't get, or they're blaming skill issues on desync).
The thing I agree with here is the game engine, I much prefer the old one

If you're looking to provide actual constructive criticism, have a read up on the S.M.A.R.T approch to providing feedback. It's what 343 and Microsoft both use internally and with focus groups.

Resolution scaling is the reason this game is even playable on my system at 100+fps
My game looks crisp and clear on a 1080.

I don’t get how this game is that CPU heavy. I have an i5 from 2017 running it at over 100fps. Granted low settings other then animation and simulation quality
the game is not complex or simulative enough to justify the sheer amount of CPU it uses
But any decent modernish quad core can handle this game no problem
I have a consistent 60fps on high for most settings with a few set dressing settings off.
i've been using the same i5 from 2015 since forever, and I have never had a problem with any other game with it
especially an FPS
I was gonna say Infinite is a very consistent and easy to run game for the most part to the point where it's a benchmarking game

It does eat a ton of VRAM but then again it's designed with AMD chips in mind who aren't nearly as stingy as NVidia are with VRAM

Imo given I can hit 120fps in arena on a 2017 i5… it’s not that CPU heavy. Sure it’s not CSGO but there’s a lot that a CPU has to do for a game as good visually as Infinite. Should infinite have actual low presets? Maybe. But it’s not horribly CPU optimised. Whereas I actually think it’s much more GPU hungry then many similar games, but that’s true of MCC and even Destiny to a lesser extent.
Most of these games pack far more detail onto the screen and run perfectly fine maxed out.
I am on 6700k lol and this game works fine with that its on 62% usesage
