Gartic Phone is a drawing game and doesn't have the option to send pictures. People who do that are modifying the game or using tools we disapprove of. For streamers, we highly recommend playing only with friends and people you know.
You can create an authenticated room that requires login with Twitch or Discord. That way, you can identify users before the game starts, remove them from the room, and ban or block them on the chosen platform.

Thank you for the reply, it is unfortunate that there is no way to stop people from modifying the game. Some streamers don't have lots of viewers, so, limiting it to just known trusted people can mean not many are playing at all.
