SERVER RULES

⭕ Hello! These are the official rules of the server. Each rule is separated into different categories and by its severity. Follow the subtitles below:

🟡 Light infraction: Firstly, the person will receive a warn and then a mute. If the person continues to commit the infraction, they will be banned from the server.
🟠 Moderate infraction: The person will be muted. If the person continues to commit the infraction, they will be banned from the server.
🔴 Severe infraction: Ban case.

⏰ Mute time

🟡 Light infraction: 2 hours
🟠 Moderate infraction: 24 hours

‼️ Any member who tries to evade their punishment or repeatedly infringes the rules will be banned from the server.

‼️ The rules can be changed at any time. Thus, keep yourself updated! The allegation of not knowing the rules will not be accepted as an excuse.

‼️ Moderators can apply a punishment different than what is described in the rules, depending on what they judge as fair, previous actions, and simultaneous violations. Members can also be muted, banned, or kicked automatically by our Auto-Moderation bots/rules.

‼️ The moderation staff has the final word, but you can appeal a punishment if you think the action was wrong or unfair. For that, check out ⁠#appeals.

‼️ By using the voice channels on the server, please be aware that other members may record their screen, and your voice and/or image might be recorded too. So, if you enter a voice channel, you are implicitly consenting to the possibility of such recordings. This helps our moderation team gather evidence in case of infractions, allowing us to investigate it better. If you don’t agree with these conditions, we recommend you don’t use the voice channels.

📝 SERVER RULES

It is considered a violation of the rules:

🟡 1- Advertise any content we consider an ad, such as invitations to other servers and external links (on the server).
🟡 2 - Mentioning Mod, Supermod, or Gartic Team members without a good reason or repeatedly abusing the mention of other members.
🟡 3 - Use the channels for the wrong purposes or talk in a language other than the designated channel.
🟡 4 - Send random images or videos to the art channels.
🟡 5 - Use commands in the wrong channel.

🟠 6 - React to messages/announcements with inappropriate content.
🟠 7 - Use inappropriate nicknames and profile descriptions/pictures/server tags.
🟠 8 - Misbehave or troll behavior.
🟠 9 - Violate someone else's drawing/art copyright.

🔴 10 - Share harmful content: NSFW, Nazi references, Racism, Gore, Gun violence, Violence, and so on.
🔴 11 - Share personal information (yours or of another).
🔴 12 - Disrespect or offend someone else.
🔴 13 - Try to cheat any digital security measure.

Gartic Phone
The rules also apply to Gartic Phone lobbies hosted on this server. Drawing inappropriate images or writing inappropriate prompts can get you banned, even if it was provoked by someone else.*

Any drawing that can be considered NSFW, includes Nazi references, racism, gore, gun violence, or any other form of violence is strictly prohibited. Posting such content in any channel may result in a ban.
