I'm not the owner but I have admin rights, I followed the tutorial but when the Gartic Bot is added on the server, the commands don't really work. Basically it's unresponsive. I have one permission I can't grant which is manage messages so I thought that maybe that's the problem? I contacted the owner to add it himself but he is busy right now. So I tried to add it on my own server and it worked effortlessly. So maybe I'll wait for the owner first to add it himself...

Right-click on the channel you don't want the bot to answer > Edit Channel > Advanced permissions > Remove GarticBOT's View channel permission

Only the owner, users with admin permission, and the GarticMod role can use these commands. You can create this role on your server and give it to who you want to use them. However, I recommend being very careful, as they will also be able to start/end the bot on other channels and change the current theme.

The reward system doesn't use Twitch's channel points. It will only work if you have a bot/system that gives points (like Stream Elements). To set it, enter your bot's specific command to add points on the reward screen.

For example, Stream Elements' command to give points is !addpoints. So you'll type that, followed by {nick} {points}. The game will automatically distribute the number of points you set to the number of users you want to reward, based on the final ranking. I made a simulation, distributing 3k to the top 5 viewers.
