A9 look into the over expensive increase in the prices of Legend pass and bundles in the game. In my country Nigeria the price has skyrocketed for legend pass from ₦4900 to ₦13100. That's an astronomical increase.

I was told from the Asphalt 9 game that if I want to unlink my account, I should contact you I would like to change my email address, that is linked on the gameloft.id account, from themrgoldfinch@gmail.com to righardtvantonder87@gmail.com And I would like to keep my Steam account linked to my Gameloft ID and Asphalt9 account, but I would like to remove the Xbox account linked to your platform, MrGoldfinch8067, since I will be using my personal Microsoft account to keep all my games and delete my Microsoft gaming account so I can manage all my game-in purchases on one account instead of one. What did they do to the game. It's horrible. Super laggy, multiplayer is horrible as well can't even use all of the cars we worked so hard to build. Game stops in the middle of a race only to get booted from the server. Gameloft needs to communicate with the players to let them know what's going on before they lose all of their players as well as the money.

Hello my old Gameloft I'd is: a-7874f8d
After updating the unite, my game shows two options to be log in both new, and I lost my progress.....
Every time I entered it shows new game loft Id in UNITE....

Unfortunately I didn't synchronised game with GAMELOFT ID, it is synchronised with GOOGLE play store only.....

I also cleared all cache and data memory atleast 5-6 times, and installed game 3 times, but same problem occurs every time
I'm using Android device

When opening settings, go to connect > link account, then generate a code and enter the code in the platform you want to share your progress on.

Hi! I just did the A9Unite update, but since I was low on storage I did the usual maneuver to update which is uninstall and reinstall the game. But this time, when I tried to reconnect as usual to my Facebook account, I got a brand new account and I lost everything. First time I've contacted team support they told me that it was ready and that I should wait an hour. Multiple hours have past but I still haven't changed. My account is still reseted. So now, I have 1 last solution. Yesterday just before the unite update, I took a recording of my cars, my garage level, and money levels. I open the game, it asks connect to your progress, I press connect, It allows me to choose which progress I want A or B, I choose B because thats my account with 184 cars (daily active player), the progress (tokens,cars,etc.)is still here, it says ''connecting'' and then ''error logging into google''. The ticket didn’t close and unable to make a new ticket for current issues (pass missions not being completed despite meeting requirements). Replying to the conversations doesn’t do anything and it’s been almost 2 weeks. not sure where we can post game issues... xbox sx. Ghosting sometimes occurs, random freeze up which unfreeze after a few seconds or cause game to crash, store packs don't appear right away seems you have to play or wait for them to load up. Finally in GP, example when you view full results if you are 2nd it will show 1st and 3rd in the results list but won't show you in the list as 2nd. Thanks

Okay, @hushed cape . I think this is worth at least giving attention to. Many other players and I are facing the exact same problem. Regarding age restrictions, we don't really mind if club chats are blocked or private matches as well. We just want to use the Connect feature because we all wish to play on multiple devices. I'm planning to switch phones very soon, and if I don't save my progress, I might lose everything I've done. We purchase a product with certain characteristics (at a certain huge price) which they intentionally decreased by your company after our purchase. So I had two devices with asphalt 9. Both were windows, and they both had the same email. The first account had a lot of vehicles, and had a lot of purchases, while the second account doesnt have much. Every time I log in with that email, I get the account that doesn't have much. My first account had all the chapters unlocked, and had many veichles purchased, such as the Lamborghini Centenario, and McLaren p1. Can you please get my old account back because it doesn't let me update it on my old device, and when I do it replaces that account with the other one please help. Hi, I can't seem to log in to the game using the Microsoft Store version since the Unite update. It always says "No Internet Connection" even though I am connected to a stable internet connection.

I am connected straight using optical fiber so wi-fi or router is not an issue.
Using the same computer and connection the Steam version and Google Play games beta version of the game connect just fine.
I recently reinstalled my windows but the problem persists. So, the firewall issue is also out of the equation.
I also talked with my ISP, and they confirmed they have no issue from their end either.
If I use my mobile to tether to the internet I can connect with my store version. But the moment I connect to my primary network It becomes "Network Status: Not syncing"

I primarily use Windows to play the game. So it is becoming difficult to play the game as the Steam version has some limitations and issues. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if its intentional or not, but I've had the Lamborghini Miura Concept Showroom going on my account for almost the full duration (10 days) now and I've never had any bundles for it show up on my account to be able to purchase anything. I have played through almost the entirety of the event up until the last stage without any of them appearing in my shop, only the token packs. This is an issue I noticed on either platform I play whether it be iOS or Windows. Previous showrooms have worked fine and I have had bundles show up and be able to be purchased before (Vanda Showroom).

If the Miura Showroom is supposed to have bundles, I was curious if the bundles could be pushed again to my account somehow, but I put in this ticket with CC 5 days ago and got no response so far.

Hey All, on the Nintendo Switch, I couldn't help but notice every time I launch the game it has to ask that prompt to, I don't know, ask my permission or allow this app to run, just to send out an email I signed in to this game as if it was a log in. Usually when you play a live service game on the Switch you get asked this once.... ONCE on your first time playing, never again. I am trying to contact Customer Care because i want to transfer to steam (which is possible)
I already opened 3 tickets, because the first guy told me to do it via steam request, which i did
the second guy told me to do it via switch request (which was the first ticket but apparently didnt count)
the third gal told me, that it didnt work.

I went to switch, got the QR code to a shortened link (like someone of you told me to) and got to the Website where there was a form i could fill out - which i did.

NOW Ticket #3 says it wasnt done right.

WHAT the heck am i supposed to do.... I did it exactly as told... Ive been doing this hole thing for over 3 Weeks not, its really annoying. I even provided the Information outside the form but apparently that doesnt count either...

I wanted to know when am I going to get out of cheater board or my ban expires but it just gives me "your account could also be temporarily banned for a fixed term. This term should be indicated in the ban message that you receive upon launching the game." But when I tried that it just let's me In to the game directly without showing the message. I just wanted to know when am I going out of the cheater board.

Update to this issue! While we further investigate a fix for this, we advise players suffering from a delay in their controllers after updating to change their sensitivity to 100%. This will NOT completely mitigate the issue, but it will make driving slightly better until the fix can be deployed.

After playing this game from the very beginning (Asphalt 7 I think it was) I'm been banned for alterations to the game!!
I'm leader of club and built a club from zero to top 500!!
I've NEVER EVER used any cheating software or in any way shape or form altered the game! Always updated my game via play store and have never ever allowed anyone using my account!
I've already emailed customer care and awaiting response.
This is very disappointing.

the same thing happened to my friend and he is too pissed because he lost his level 50 account.... the invoices he sent to check the transactions inside the game were of no use to him "it's been more than 1 month they are making fun of him". for gameloft support they are not to blame for anything.

I checked my wifi and saw data anomalies, but I had no external issues with the server connection at all. I lost connection to the server while I was playing multiplayer, so the car exploded and the game turned off. Let me be clear. There are no external factors for me like wifi at all. It's a clear A9 server issue.
