20 hours ago I purchased with real money the medium pack to get Scoins and try to achieve to continue to Stage 2 of the last chapter of DS9 and get the Jesko Abs. The money was taken off my card immediately but nothing was delivered 😠 with the game locked due to synchronization issues.

Similar issue, I can feel you. I also had an issue where I didn't get my Syndacate tokens and I can't continue the DS until I get those tokens and the event is about to end, I have no time. Contacted Customer Support but it's been the whole day they're ghosting me.

I had plans for spending 20€ of in-app purchases but the way GL treats its customers just make me more reluctant in spending them 😒

You had to spend SC to advance , Spent on Jedesko Absolute to advance next stage in chaper 6, survival Alliance to get where you are. 30K (not tokens but Syndicate Coins (SC)) SP is Syndicate Points. Sometimes its a trap, spend coins to advance and after spending can not advance next stage as no SC left for BPs or pack.

Before advancing make sure you have SC left over to get needed BPs or buy packs. if not game ended and spend SC on level reached.

Seems whoever gave the 2 star car advice was setting a trap for many to buy to advance. if building to 3 stars you would get to the same level you could not continue, but come out ahead as you would have higher level cars.

Oh, chill expert, the reason I said that is because you responded to a statement asking if it's on google play games pc, which is the same google play account as on android version, since ads are available there only as for now and not on windows yet. On top of that, you can login the same acc of windows on Android, so guess that's the similar thing to solve as in gp beta on pc, you also have to wait for sometime for ads to appear, since we won't be watching ads in windows anyways, except ON google play beta.

Yeah , it just give you the use of the jedesko to continue, the object is to get you to buy, DS is not a free event to complete, you have to buy to complete it. It never was a free event. (Event always has top car in game and its not free) just how much you pay for it.

I was stuck at ~1k DS "purple coins" because the game forced me to use a 3star Enzo Ferrari to proceed with the Syndacate. For days I begged my clubmates for class B 2stars Jollies to upgrade my Enzo Ferrari to 3* in order to continue the event.

2days ago, I received my last Jolly and upgraded the car to 3* and after the 1st race, I unlocked the 25k DS purple coins reward.

I then seen a Jesko race which asked me to simply upgrade all its part once before being able to start that single race costing 3 🛡 tickets (don't remember their name). But I double checked before playing that level and seen nowhere a 25k purple coins cost before proceeding.

Unless the upgrades for it costed 6250 purple coins...But that would've been so scammy, no advise, no warning, the color was identical to normal coins.

I get it it's P2W, but I still didn't receive that 25k purple coins reward and I didn't spend any of them before realizing I didn't get them.

If I get them, from ~1k purple coins I should've had ~26k purple coins and after completing all the races with the Enzo 3*, earning ~39k purple coins (30k just from Money Runs, the other ~9k from the missions of all the races combined), I should now have ~65k purple coins.

But I still see just ~40k purple coins.

I know you have to spend Purple Coins to get BPs of a car to the next star. I get it.

When I upgraded my Enzo, with Jollies (no packs or BPs because I had NO PURPLE COINS), I unlocked the milestone reward of 25k purple coins. Which I had to keep for the next car.

After that race, I had to complete the Enzo 3star chapter and a single race costing 3 tickets asked me to upgrade just each of the 4 parts once (level 1 accelleration, level 1 max speex, level 1 handling, level 1 nitro) before being allowed to play that race. I did, then I returned to complete the Enzo Ferrari "runs for the money" (where if you hit something, you lose purple coins). And I seen I had only 15k (I was 5k/30k purple coins to collect from that chapter). And I was "huh??? Where are the 25k purple coins I received as reward?"

I contacted them but still 0 response from Customer Support. And the event ends in 4 days, because of this glitch and GL not caring about customers, I may not be able to grind the Syndacate. I know I would eventually get stuck anyways, but at least let me reach that point, GL 😔

I spent many tokens to continue and begged for jollies for my clubmates just for this event and I get "bad word" by a glitch that GL could say "oh, yea, we see the logs, you're right, we'll give you 25k purple coins as apology" (not counting the time wasted I could've used to farm in the event)

You understand something isn't right. How can you add +25k purple coins and end up with 15k purple coins?

Might be right, and just finished one (money run, for 10k) starting at 79k should be 89k not 86k . and the rate for race change yesterday 2300 SP per race to 1800 SP per race. So you might be right but evidence says other wise. (would not put it past them to do this.)

Don't know to level up Lamboghini or just call it quits and level up Ferrai. (missed singles now only packs). Have to check youtube to see how to proceed. too many BPs needed to 3 star to continue for 1 chapter then jedsko again. would have to buy at this stage.

Lol I get it, but it still does not show what was spent have to check logs for that. ( if they have any ( big case for abuse if they do, as literally can force you to buy by holding back items). Sometime I think they do by monitoring free players by how much they obtain. Game changed a lot since my return to prevent me from completing it. Object is the longer you play more chance you will make a purchase.

I was at 1k. I unlocked that 25k purple coins reward and STILL didn't get them so I was still at 1k. I did some races thinking it was a visual glitch but it was not, as it still didn't update the correct amount.

I know DS is P2W, I know at some point it forces you to pay to continue, but this is different, It's a bug that didn't give me the Purple Coins I was promised to get if I reached 213.000 points.

Every dev has logs of anything, but they're ignoring me in Customer Support.

First, make sure that you apply all updates from Windows Update in the Settings, then also update the Microsoft Store though either Library > Get updates or Downloads > Get updates

If you still get that error after doing those, try resetting the Xbox app from Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > find the Xbox app > click on the 3 dots menu > Modify > Reset, and finally restart your PC

what's the point of these seasonal events, like the bailey blade gt1. You don't earn enough blueprints to unlock the car to proceed to stage 12. this car has been around for quite some time, and as many others, you can slowly unlock and upgrade it with every event that pops up for it. Spending real money is everyone's choice to make, you are not forced to do so, you can compete with every car you own for free.
And you can always buy packs with free earned tokens through other events.
Also your decision on where and how to spend them.
Certain thing is that one has to invest in time playing to progress.

4090 would feel nothing, as my 4080 feels nothing at all max details. Only issue is right at the launch of game assets loading in, causes bit of stutter, but it's smooth after. I can say that possibly having the game installed on an nvme SSD could make a difference, especially to improve the stuttering for now.

pity brother. game on my laptop runs great. for me, my other devices still have issue but comparing laptop with other devices, i realised that the game uses gpu. unlike before where the game was using more cpu . now the game runs well if u have good gpu. i have rtx 2060 and its running great on my laptop

I can only say as an Nvidia user, no issues with fps at all. For AMD, I know they lack on the driver side, so I would put a high probability that's main problem.

Please bring back the old A9 version. ALU is very complex. There is a menu within a menu, there is another menu within that. It's so messed up and complicated. The text is small and unreadable. The color match is not good at all and it tires the eyes.

Ok. Have not played in a while and had to update A9 to ALU. Did it like the FAQ said. Uninstalled A9 via the Xbox App and reinstalled ALU via the Xbox App. But all I get after starting the game is the connection Error 1-3-1. Internet connection is working perfectly fine. This happens to me on my Windows 10 machine and on my Xbox. It's like that for 3 days now. Have also tried the tip in the pinned post with the "repairing services" via the Xbox App. Did not work.

The text is not readable in many parts of the game, the old A9 was not like this, the colors are terrible and the menus are very complicated.

A9 was presentable and people liked it because of it's looks, now unite is looking like a dead application, overall layout and UI is just too bad, you can't even access daily goals, garage, season missions wherever you were now its looks more complicated, the car blueprints, epic imports, normal imports, rare ones are looking exactly the same, you need keyboard shortcuts to exit full screen or go back and no talk about the graphics even, just too poorly optimized causing my game to lag and the multiplayer especially, now mp2 looks like a normal mp1 with barely any rewards at all, unlike how it used to be in A9, free try mps for the current season cars which people would love to grind for. But wth is this now.
I've stopped paying Gameloft anyway, especially when the graphics are bad and there are no ads even, it's more like a casual game to me.

I've been using Android & was considering going back to Windows to see if the problem would be better, but apparently it's just as bad on Windows. Hello I cannot even play the game. It was working after the Game launch. And was working but not great until 2 days ago. Now I cannot even play it. I have an older Laptop Lenovo with Windows 11 and a newer hardrove from about 4 months ago. I have the basic requirements for the game but older processor. I cannot upgrade it any further. So I have tried repairing the App. Restarting the APP in App settings. And have now uninstalled and reinstalled the game but no luck. I had a lot of tokens to spend on upgrading the Bailey Blade to 6* and now am will not be able to rank it up. There's a couple problems, I connected my acc for example once with a code but sometimes the game says it detects concurrent acces while the game is unused on a different device of mine. Secondly after some time of having talked in the club chat windows will keep blaring system sounds while gaming and pressing one of the usual gaming keys, like wasd, enter or one of the arrow keys on keyboard

Both of those are know issues. You will just have to ignore the concurrent access message. It’s not someone accessing your account if you didn’t give out your information. The windows noise playing is a long time issue that has yet to be resolved. Try turning your windows volume down but game audio all the way up.

Since no devs / Mods from Gameloft seem to be interested to actually respond to me here on discord or via email because of my "Connection Error 1-3-1" after updating from A9 to ALU on the Windows Store and Xbox version for a week now. To clarify. I did not link Accounts with a Gameloft ID because I did not play for a while so I had no information, that I had to do this. I tried to submit a ticket via the ALU Support page. Funny thing is, that I can't even submit the ticket, because they want the Player ID. which I can't get, because I cannot get into the game to retrieve the ID to supply them to gameloft, to submit the ticket, because I can't login. I'm going in circles here. It's like gameloft is purposefully trying to not give support. So can maybe one of the mods @west wigeon point me to a support person who actually can and maybe will help me resolve that issue?

Yeah, that's a pretty consistent glitch. But what's worse is all the in-bounds resets.
There's a curved ramp on the Norway track that will reset you all the time. Obviously, if you clear the guardrail by a 'decent margin' when landing, it will reset you. But if you fly too high and to the left, it will reset you as well.
Also, the S-curve in the Osaka market will reset you if you spin-jump across the open corner on the Lamborghini Egoista Daily Exclusive race.
Scotland has a bad landing zone coming off the stone bridge by the cave onto the dirt path, too.

when you open Windows Store, you are logged there, this windows account goes to your asphalt automatically because of microsoft and xbox being linked, and this account is linked to GL account

but as far as I understand, your account is never lost, it's always stored on the cloud somewhere
what changes is how you log, on PC as far as I could figure it out, the account your download your game in Microsoft Store is automatically linked by xbox account to A9, so it checks your windows/xbox account and see if is linked to any A9 account and then fetch your progress

in order to download A9 from Microsoft Store, you need an Microsoft account
assuming it is A@something, this A@something is passed to A9 when it opens and it searches for links to A9 accounts
if you change to B@something, then A9 won't find any link and you can link to whatever account you want

If you set up a GL ID on your Xbox and you can get the Steam version running, You'll have to use that GL ID to have your progress show up on the Steam version. Otherwise you'll be starting from the beginning.

That’s not how it works, if your graphics are dx11 only, dx12 will not be compatible.

2. relogging into the gameloft club again

after doing those steps, you should able to see your stats and claim your daily gift.

@stone ore Specifically that means going to the redeem code area in game which will open a browser tab to allow you to log in with your game ID. You just have to land on the page. There's no code to redeem.

This entire process is a bit labyrinthine.

I’ve got this sorted out. What I did was download and signedinto one of the other 2 supported gameloft club games ‘I choose “march of empires”’. Then accessed the gameloft club through the game. The game will tell you that your account is attached to another login. Use the login it returns to sign-in to the ALU gameloft club page. That’s it.

I have a strange and very saddening problem where a9 stopped working when the unite update rolled out 😭

Basically running on a t430 Lenovo laptop (i7 , 12g ram , onboard gfx intel 4000)
@A9 used to run beautifully and very fast with right setting

But when I installed unite update, it completely now fails to launch!!
#what should I do? Wait for a fix ? Or is there a hack or specific gfx drivers to install?

Just looked in the MS Store, and GL have now added a note saying that you have to connect your A9 Account with a GL ID and THEN uninstall the game and reinstall. Nice of them to add that now. But even if I did that, I have not played A9 so long, that all I got was the Update notice. Even if I wanted to, I could not have connected with a GL ID. 😄

Not that I know of. I mean they could simply add a prompt when starting ALU that you have to have a GL ID and give you the option to connect to a GL ID. But I guess that's way to hard to do. 🤣

iam trying to sign in to my main A9 account (which is originally made on Microsoft store version), using STEAM version of the game. Keep in mind I already have a mini account linked with steam and both accounts linked with 2 different Gameloft IDs. an error came when I entered my main account's details, saying "failed to connect due to an account conflict"

Since UNITE, I've noticed many problems, such as high CPU loads for unknown reasons, and the window size not being stored in memory, so I have to adjust the window size every time I start the game.

Since the switch to UNITE, there have been countless times in MULTIPLAYER where a milestone reward of CREDITS or TOKENS was not awarded.

The most recent example I experienced had the "Seasonal Rewards" popup come before the "Milestone Rewards" popup, which never materialized. This was a 50K Credit award for a weekly event that never popped up, nor was added to my account.
Yes, I then exited and restarted the game normally, just to see if it was a server sync issue. But no, they were phantom credits.
If Milestone Rewards fail to pop up, I should at least be able to CLICK to COLLECT them.

That’s not a bug. Some rewards are exclusive for the MP pass. You can check the symbol that identifies them in the milestones screen.
