I just got back to Asphalt (from 9 to now Unite). The UI needs a lot of improvement as it's very tedious now to access certain areas that were available from anywhere for the most part, MP where you have to go all the way out to main screen to see what level you're at instead of having that info on the play screen. Anyhow, these aside, my main problem is that the game can take over a minute to close and at least 30 seconds or so. I'm on Windows 11 and am curious if those of you playing Windows are seeing the same issue when exiting the game. A9 used to close immediately. Thanks.

You are right my friend, the game interface is very terrible, there is a menu within a menu, the texts are small and unreadable, the game does not close, the colors are very intense and strain the eyes.

Because Intel deprecated DX12 support for 4th Gen Intel Processors in latest drivers. DX12 is required for ALU.

It has worked for all users with HD4200/4400/4600 cards. Your wish at the end though.

Gameloft should study really well their ratio between greed and grind. Their strategy is failing to render customers satisfied. Millions of complaints fall on deaf ears. My wallet is getting dry, there is too much everything to buy, because there is too much stuff missing in the first place. The game is handicapped..., and even when you pay you still have to grind inhumane levels of your time. Gameloft needs quality control, annual cutomer grind and satisfaction reports. This is not the way to go guys the case needs further investigation.

The drops are so bad since the Unite update. Multiplyer rewrards are worse even with the mp bundle active... But do you honestly think one digital card that you call blueprint is worth so much? Truth is, the game is good but this is too much, this is all a neverending SCAM. Really how far can you push it? I don't know if your dGPU supports Vulkan (or the necessary Vulkan version), but you can try installing ALU on Steam and add -vulkan as a launch option, and try opening it, but there's a high chance it may not work

When highlighting the "Refuel" button when using a gamepad, it utilizes the old, pre-Unite update element.
This can be identified because the button prompt is present on the highlighted element. In Legends Unite, all elements no longer have a button prompt tied to them, and instead are listed in the bottom right (at least in the menu).

Well, A is used to select elements of the UI, whether you’re on car stat or refuel button, or on the Play button, or on the touch drive toggle…so /all of them technically use A... I’m not quite sure I understand the error mentioned…

The fact the (A) appears on the highlighted element at all is the error. When LU released, all elements were redesigned to only have a white border around them to highlight which one is selected. On account of the button glyphs located on the bottom right of the screen being the universal replacement for it.

If you grab a controller and just navigate the menus, you'll notice that no element has that (A) glyph on it, except two that I know of: The refuel now button, and the "view ad" button (on mobile).

Because those games aren't using anything DirectX 12-specific, DX12 allows much greater control of the graphics and introducing a lot more convenient APIs, the mobile versions of the game uses Vulkan as far as I know

I believe some of the graphical improvements require use of DirectX 12 and cannot be done in the previous API versions, also earlier versions of Vulkan most likely don't support some APIs they use so the older GPUs on PCs can't open it

Can you try opening Command Prompt as Administrator and run sfc /scannow? If it finds anything and replaces files, restart your PC and try again

Hey guys, having an issue with ALU recently.

a few days ago my android device stopped wrking cz of an issue so i moved to windows. i had already installed and connected my account to my android device through gameloft id. i realised that ALU got automatically deleted. I reinstalled the game and when i opened it, it keeps showing me cannot connect to the server. My internet connection is fine.

@forest palm or @jade yacht , in TLE's, when I watch a leaderboard, when clicking in the Back button, instead of coming back, it opens a player profile. I have to use the ESC in order to come back from the leaderboard. It happens only on TLE's, MP leaderboards work fine.

Every time I start the game a window opens which tells me data couldn't synchronize with the cloud. I can close the window and the game starts as usual. But it's annoying that this happens all the time since the last update. Someone got an idea?

It usually happens when ur account is logged too much or too many permissions and you can also run it as an Admin to prevent it.

The ads on Google Play Games PC version of the game works, they're still working on fixing the MS Store version

Ok, someone must explain me what happened. I had around 1000 Syndacate token. I then used Jollies on my Enzo to progress the Syndacate, won 25k Syndacate Token and counting.

It says I reached that reward yet I just have 15k purple tokens, the one I obtained from the Enzo ferrari races and NOT from the reward. Did I just get scammed? Cuz I didn't use Syndacate tokens on anything. I really hope this is a visual bug that will fix if I log back because it's not looking good if it ate me 25k Syndacate Tokens, especially after the tokens I spent to continue this syndacate 🫤
