The McLaren 600 LT Spider has many bugs on taking ramps. Especially on trying to land on lower parts of ramps for a low barrel jumps, it stuck there and doesn't make the jump. often act weird on taking any ramps. @neon magnet

Now your game needs to chill out, it can't accept my push throughs, most of the times in multiplayer I'm either thrown in a random abyss of land that looks as if I'm under the surface, sinking down. Problem: My problem is that the game does not allow me to connect my current progress to my Google play account, I already tried restarting the phone, deleting Google play data and deleting the cache of A9 and Google play and the problem still persists, I had already used google play account to play but that was a long time ago about more than a year ago and i had stopped playing it but when i try to play again and connect in february this year i get server connection error , on the other hand, I have another problem, the events in progress do not appear, neither do the multiplayer races or the legend pass, both say that there are no events at the moment, in short the events and the multiplayer features are disabled.

The siren flashing lights are way too bright and may cause someone to have a reaction or be extremely overwhelmed, as it has a strobe light effect.

MP pass clearly says 1 Daily free gas refill(s).
However, as I have shared in the video it is refilling only one car per day.
I have talked to so many customer care representatives and it's so frustrating that they are just copy pasting pre written sentences without actually trying to solve the issue.
I even gave them an option either to refund, take back MP pass, or to convert MP pass to legend pass ( LP is cheaper than MP pass for the offer I'm getting still I'm ready to accept that).
They haven't offered me any solution or compensation. At this point I'm not even sure why Gameloft is wasting paid customer's money into these customer care representative's salaries.
They just said they will pass the issue to Devs. But that doesn't solve my problem that's not a solution.
You can't sell a car without one tyre and say we'll talk with the manufacturing unit about the issue till then drive your car with 3 tyres. You charged the customer for whole car with 4 tyres dear.

@neon magnet Hello I couldn't create a request from Customer Care in-game(always shown loading despite good internet as seen in the screenshot) so I had to do it from the website, but I am unsure if I will receive a response from the in-game customer care chat box so I am leaving my issue here just to be sure:
I reinstalled Asphalt 9 on my Samsung tablet recently, however I couldn't log into my A9 account in any way, it just said "COULD NOT LOG INTO GOOGLE" and "COULD NOT LOG INTO FACEBOOK" despite having fully functional internet connections (Youtube, Play Store and others work perfectly on the tablet). I also found I am unable to connect to Google or Facebook in the Connection setting (on my phone where the games works fine, and it used to be connected to Google, somehow it no longer is) despite good internet connection. Could you look into these issues? Thanks.

@neon magnet So. I sent a message to customer care, that my game keeps crashing every second race in multiplayer. They told me to delete it and reinstall it. My platform is android and my player id is a-15d60g9. I tried reinstalling multiple times from Google play store but nothing happens, I just get this error message. Can you help?
