I agree that drifting is more fun, in fact that's fine. The problem is that those who don't use the keyboard if they steer too much the car slows down abruptly. Developers should ask themselves if this choice was a real advantage in terms of sales since what really matters is not personal taste but to grow the GL company and at the same time satisfy the players. If I see that cars like Tartarus are difficult to drive because of the braking on the steering I will never buy it. This damages the GL company and also the players.

Make the game realistic with accelerator and brake like all car games. And remove this damned and senseless automatic brake in the steering. This is how people are taught to drive a car in real life and to know how to use the brakes. It would be wonderful to have a real driving game in ALU.

When I played granturismo I did everything to have fast and high-performance cars because the driving was real as it happens in reality. Granturismo earns a lot of money and is a world leader in cars. The developers should know this, so I wonder, are they serving the company's interests? Are they creating a competitive game?

It can also be done with a keyboard, just apply the manual accelerator and brake. Up arrow accelerates, down arrow brakes, left right arrow steers. Then additional button for drifting. Here is the real game that beats all other games for fun and driveability.

1st. The normal ad.
2nd. A mini game type ad
3rd. A closing page

All three stages are of 30-35 secs and I can’t close them coz the cross button doesn’t appear. I have to always force close the game to continue playing it. And often I don’t receive rewards in this situation

Getting this issue as well, but after creating a GameLoft ID and linking Epic Games store to my account that only uses Steam as another platform. Epic Games and Steam both don't utilize ads, so this effectively stripped my account of ads & non-ad priviledges.

I had non-ad options before linking Epic Games & before creating GameLoft ID, and now I don't have them.

I'm on Android & I use a Samsung A9+ & I have 2 major issues with ads.

1. The ad for Klondike adventures keeps force downloading that game on my device.

2. The drive Syndicate ads for reducing hazard levels are not always working.
   I've had several ads, one every other time or two that are not reducing the hazard level.
   I restarted the game to see if that helps & then it said I was out of ads.
   I know I couldn't have used my limit on ads unless it counted the ads that didn't work.
   Edit- I restarted the game a 2nd time & now there's ads available again.
   But the ads are still only working sporadically & I'm starting to think it's certain ads which include the Klondike ad that keeps forcing downloads.

if you have not played in over a year your account is gone. your account is saved on the gameloft servers, not locally. Have you tried to log in on your xbox and see what it tells you. You just need to load up the asphalt 9 game on your xbox and it should update it to unite.

What about enforcing a preliminary check of ads instead of waiting for complaints on specific ads? Fair ads should be age appropriate, should not promote unhealthy activities (gambling, encounters etc) and should just close when "closed", not launching other "close" windows or, worst, opening links.

Hey, I’ve noticed a strange issue in the special event.
When I have the Daily Pass active, higher ad multipliers (like 8× or 12×) stop appearing — I only get 3× or 4×.
I raced over 150 times with the pass and didn’t get a single 8× or 12×. As soon as the pass expired, I immediately got a 12×.

I think it’s because both the pass and the VIP system give extra % credits, and the game then artificially limits the ad multipliers.
As a result, a player with the pass actually gets fewer credits than without it, which feels like a bug or poor system design.

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue I have been experiencing with the Credit Multiplier offers in Special Hunt. Recently, I noticed that I am not receiving the same quality of offers as my clubmates, even though my VIP level is higher, and I own the TLE pass.

I have compared my offers with those of my clubmates, and while they frequently receive 10x and 12x offers, I often only get 3x & 4x offers, with the occasional 20x offer (which is rare). The difference seems to stem from the 15% extra basic credits I receive due to my VIP level and TLE pass. As a result, I am earning 6498 credits per race, while my clubmates, who receive around 58XX credits per race, seem to be receiving more frequent and higher multiplier offers (10x & 12x).

It seems that the extra 15% credit from my VIP level and TLE pass is potentially affecting my eligibility for these higher multiplier offers. My concern is that by purchasing the TLE pass and increasing my VIP level to gain extra benefits, I may have inadvertently limited my chances of receiving the same offers that regular players, without the TLE pass or VIP levels, are getting.

This is totally unacceptable & very demotivating as an TLE pass & VIP points buyer. I kindly request Gameloft team now to investigate this issue. It feels unfair that players who have paid for additional benefits are being restricted in receiving even the regular players multiplier offers.

I would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt resolution.

I got an early answer, it seems to just be a generic personal data consent form that needs to be renewed regularly, as current regulations only allow us to hold the data for a specific period of time, before requiring a renewed consent.
So no specific legal change seems to have triggered this, it's just a regular renewal to keep with current data protection laws.

This is just some feedback for the current suite of ads that do play in game.

While most ads have a reasonable timer to opt out of the current ad. Usually a countdown of 5 down, with the odd one doing 10 to 15 seconds. The 2 that I find really offensive are the ones that are stacked on top of each other with a longer than acceptable timer (usually it's 3 in a row and played one after the other) and then still show a roundup of at least 2 of the ads, if not all 3. But also the X is just a bit too small and when you try and exit, it gives you a landing page for one of the ads.

The other one that is offensive to me is, ironically. Gameloft for brand ads. I'm fine with the ad content, but it's the lack of an option to exit and still get your reward. The current Lego ones are fine and are only mildly offensive as they are short ish. The really offensive ones in this space are the Lego ads that force you to pick a path and try and force you to interact with it.

Another part of the Gameloft for brand ads are the movie related ads. As they have no opt out and in a way, push you extremely hard to interact with specific points of the ad.

Ok, I’m fine with post race ads paying out in the say 5 to 15k not paying out due to an ad bug. But a post race overall ad bonus of 135k is beyond unacceptable. Gameloft team members and community staff, come on. I get that it’s not an absolutely perfect system, but as someone who doesn’t pay to win outside of the legends pass, the multiplayer and the daily pass. This is absolutely unacceptable and not on.

I know it’s a new season but this has been a stubborn issue since last season and I am beyond angry for this.

(I would use harsher language, but I really don’t want to be in trouble or put anyone off from helping)

This is intended behavior. Ads are now limited, and Gameloft explicitly stated that it is not going to be fixed. If you have a mobile device, you can use it to watch additional ads on the same account. Those are limited too, but hey - at least it's something.
