Accelerating slightly faster than usual players:
In the 1st clip, both of our Ultimas are at gold rank, no OC of course.
In the 2nd clip, my 007S’s acceleration is maxed out, while I’m not sure how he allocated his EIPs, he shouldn’t be going faster than my car.
In the 3rd clip, I’ve applied 3 EIPs to the nitro stat, while the other guy has none, so our acceleration stats should be equal.
In the 4th clip (yes I know my starting angle was flawed but still), I was using a Gold + OC Huracan against a Gold + No OC Huracan, so I should be boosting way ahead of the guy.

I could be wrong about my statements but yeah just in case.

Dennys u-7ge2123 person who got the team is who I believe owns both accounts. Somehow he hacked your system to take my team. I am the top player on my team and I play everyday so inactivity isn't a factor. I did not leave the team and the person who gained team lead was in 4th place and would not have become team manger by default.

it is what is called a 'bad connection', basically the users internet connection to the game server is not good, so the game server is trying to estimate the users position relative to you, this is to at least give you an idea rather than been completely invisible, then the server & user manage to connect well (can be for milliseconds) and the game server corrects the users position, hence they appear to 'teleport'. It is really annoying, distracting and misleading (I have won races before only to be given 2nd place). It's even worse if you are trying to KD them in team pursuit as they seem invincible (they are not actually where you try to hit them). It is quite often indicated in the end of race leaderboard by a red or yellow connection symbol. Now this is not to say that some don't use it to cheat but most don't

FAQ

Q: Why does the guy I have reported is still playing?
A: It's true, that when you report a cheater you don't get feedback about your report, and unfortunately, it's the way it works. While we would be happy to provide more information, we have to be careful as any information could be abused by cheaters to make sure they won't be caught next time. And, as we have mentioned, each case requires a detailed investigation in our system and therefore a time before the actions will be taken. As you can see, it's not a simple process and of course, when we ban a cheater, in most cases it remains unnoticeable for you, but we can assure that it happens regularly.

Q: Some have reported me, but I'm not a cheater!
A: There is no reason to worry. Reports are only to highlight suspicious players to us, and we don't ban people just because there were reported here. Instead, we would run our own investigation and would take action based on the information we've found. From the experience, I can say that we have seen many reports that were actually reporting players with a bad connection, or just players with very good skills and advanced cars.
