Fix the perpetual loading by emptying the cache. Go to settings in the top right, and there’ll be an option to “empty cache”. That will fix it

You may need to give it a second after doing so, but it’s the way to do it

It seems in multiplayer I'm locked into a group of 5-6 people. If one or all of these people are on, I can race multi. If none of those 5-6 are on, it says "no opponents found." Any ideas?

Offline, it's definitely a computing issue.
Online, it's lag. It uses the last known location your system sent to the server, and not your actual location, and computes your position accordingly.

I know, is not a big issue like other because not many people complain about it, but it makes kinda awful for some people to drive with them due its movement is less precise than using d-pad (this has the same issue) or using tilt to steer. This issue has been here since launch and devs said it will be fixed in the next update a year ago, and we're in the same situation rn

I use to loose 20pts pretty much everywhere as a standard. But after the update it jumped up to 25pts not sure it was OSAKA related. That being said i haven t lost 20pt for a week at least so i don t know if they adjusted their system or if the pool of player is different due to the need to unlock the car first

1. The car in front of you did not update in real time and display the wrong position but yours still correct
2. Your position is wrong as the car behind you or yourself are experiencing lag with the server

A teammate had this issue, he tried his account on another Switch and Osaka MP worked.
He did this to solve the issue:

@tardy crag If you want to not show Eip from golden cars you need to sell all reamining EIP from your inventory. Otherwise the game thinks you need them and are added into the ones you can buy. 100% is this.

Another instance is when i switch from touchdrive to manual by pressing "-" . The car tend to deviate instantly from its trajectory . But for me it always goes to the right never to the left

There is a bug which can be used for FORESEEING what you will get from ALL KINDS OF PACKS. Affected packs include all packs available with token, multiplayer reward packs, car hunt riot packs, etc. For those non-purchasable packs, given enough attempts and you could get literally ANYTHING available in the pack.
Take car hunt riot packs for example, normally it’s not guaranteed to get an EIP in the pack, but with FORESEEING bug, anyone could get 1 or 2 EIPs within 20 attempts.
This is a widely used bug lasted for a long time. Actually there are other bugs that are either Switch-exclusive or mobile originated, but no effort of fixing those game mechanic related bugs is seen by us players. The analog joystick input issue was brought up before the Caribbean update and we still need to push joystick quickly in order to take smaller turns. The ticket refilling time should be reduced to 5 minute “very soon” when it was August according to #switch-suggestions-answered , and right now we still need to wait another 1 and a half of hour to make another round of endless car hunts.
Still, I appreciate your work on listening to the community and those hard work to bring new contents to Switch platform. Thanks to you, the devastating game crashing issue was eliminated rather quickly. But it is very discouraging when you find ppl who Foresees 2 Civic EIPs in 8 packs, and yours 0 in 10 because you don’t know how to FORSEE.

On switch side we have a major issue ongoing since months : random softbans without reason , and CC never answered with a reason
We tried to figure out if it's related to players using DS-etense with TD in multiplayer, but Stephany told us that there is no policy about players racing that way
In my current club we daily have players softbanned (a softban is when a player can't match anymore with other players in MP, can't do reputation for their clubs, and their times in contests like hunt riots aren't saved on A9 servers)
Is it possible to have some visibility about what causing those softbans, and some updates from devs ? thanks

Guys I found a very strange bug on the nintendo switch version and it has something to do with the local (offline custom race) mode...

When I tried to play on Himalaya (the race where you get chased by the police) at the finish line it said Lap 2 and then when I crossed it, the game crashed once and once it happened that the screen got black but I still was able to drive the car

Your ticket is sent to an automated system that generates a ticket number & gives you an automated reply that your submission was received, here is your ticket number, etc ,etc, etc.

I was wondering if there were any updates for the bug that occurred in MP1 about three weeks ago. It is almost over and it would be interesting to know if GL has planned a form of compensation for those who have lost positions while waiting to understand what to do (example: I have also lost positions while waiting for a 'never arrived' data roll back). It would be really important to receive an update on it, because it seems to have passed on the sly compared to more prominent events such as the GP. Than you again. Very Respectfully.

Morning all, I keep having my car exploding randomly on mp2 but rarely on mp1. Annoying when you think there is only 1 car competitive in mp2 and it takes

@shy prairie For the big picture, i was out of mp2 for the last month or so due to not having the right cars. I did not experience that frequency of disconnection on mp1. Same internet, console, etc...

Just to make sure uninstalling and reinstalling will not alter my garage tokens and cash? (Where is archive?)

Archive is an option when you click + when over the game. Archiving doesn’t remove any data and when you reinstall it everything will be there

But make sure you do actually “archive”

@shy prairie Regarding MP1. Obviously it was a bug. It happened once. It could happen again. What sort of reassurance can we get from GameLoft? What form of protection for those who have perhaps invested time, resources and money? These are questions that I ask you and I would like to ask you if there is a way to make an official complaint (email address would be preferable). I realize it may seem insignificant to some, but many others have been severely penalized. And it's mortifying. Thank you in advance for your support.

the recharging time for the DS tickets seems a bit too slow, please mind that we don't have ads to shorten them like the global version does. If I'm not mistaken they recharged faster in the Jesko DS

So my Game crashed about 1-2 hours ago since that i cant get back ingame, it's loading few Minutes and then the message appears that i cant connect to the server
Already archived+reinstalled the game and checked my Internet which is fine

After a crash in MP (World Series- maybe limited too- not sure), racer ranks above other cars are incorrect. Not sure if it's my connection, or what.
