Hi everyone, my Nintendo accidentally fell in the water yesterday and was fully damaged. I bought the Legend Pass and some diamonds 15 minutes before the Nintendo fell in the water.

I immediately submitted a request to Asphalt in the payment issue category because there was no category for "device damaged", or "can't access Aslphat Unite," or something like that.

In the request, I explained that my Nintendo got damaged, and I sent them the receipts for the purchases and asked them to transfer my data to the Xbox associated with the same email address.

So this has been raised for weeks. The longer they leave it the more chance of you getting impatient and spending on bundles. DS is a designed to make players spend money to advance. Even the money bundles are rigged and you only get the guaranteed bps and nothing in the accompanying packs.

By not addressing these issues clearly and openly; exploits like this, in mp1-3, in clash, and any other ranked events shames anyone who plays legitimately. This is wrong, my apologies, I based it off a community calculator, I went and redid calculations manually and if I'm not wrong again you can reach 115 conditions (Stage 9) with locked kepler+carrera but max 004c mc GT and 1* lotus

Altough having kepler at 2* gives 20 conditions, so total 135 conditions, enough for Stage 10 004c unlock

So in case (hopefully) they make Stage 3 19 conditions, the rest of the SE is playable without carrera

The point is why is up to the switch player base to bring up these issues. It's not our job, our job is to play the game and spend money. It's GLs JOB to make that happen

You see it as complaining, but it's showing we still care. Eventually we will stop caring and leave the game like so many already have. They fail to give us a playable game, we stop spending, and eventually stop playing. GL is failing at their job, and switch players are struggling to do theirs at the most basic levels.

Both videos show the important sections of the mp2 race, where you see the two cars together. The first video shows the Switch view by Thunderz, you can see the collisions. The second video shows the XBox view by Vampyrnox where you can see that the whole race is without collisions.

Just a friendly reminder: Mods sometimes will answer valid issues with their opinions and no* intention to communicate or resolve valid issues like the fact we could not get free refills with ads. Only through complaining here and other places did they finally do something but all the while never communicating with the community what is happening. If some of the players in the club have a lower garage level, they aren't able to play the clash and the players that are able get extra attacks. They could also kick and add players to give their better players more streets to defend and attack.

There's a back button on the bottom right of most screens you can touch. The only screens there's no back button are the ones where there's another option like cancel or wait. It's small, and hard to hit, but it is there

Hi @ripe swift @delicate relic , to show the difference in races between Xbox und Switch, my friend (Vampyrnox, black Centenario, Xbox) and I (Thunderz, green Centenario, Switch) made some ghost races in private lobby. We both took the Lamborghini Centenario with nearly the same rank (just the nitro was better at Switch). We both let the cars drive with touchdrive without pressing any buttons. We didn’t use nitro or brake. At every race the Xbox won, at most part of the map my friend is 2-3 km/h faster.
In the short video you see how the Xbox-Centenario overtook me with a speed that was about 25 km/h faster, although we both didn’t do anything the whole race.
In a longer video divided into four video sections you see how the Xbox is on many parts of the route a little bit faster. At the end Xbox wins every time with a difference between 0,3s and 1,5s, depending on the map. If the difference is shown that obvious in touchdrive mode without any interference, there must be a much bigger difference, if nitro or manual is used. But that is something the developer should try themselves.
If there were no disadvantages on switch, the races would have been nearly equal or at least 50:50 win/loss, but that wasn’t the case. I hope the videos help.

Agreed, but when someone else leaves security team either due to disconnect or leaving the race before countdown ends; the whole of security team gets no credit even if they win. That fact doesn't matter on syndicate team, so it is an issue

But if your on syndicate team win or lose syndicate team will get rewards.
If your on security team and someone leaves/disconnect before 3/2/1 countdown starts the race, the whole of security team gets no reward win or lose.
It can be 1 syndicate vs 3 security and you get rewards, but 1 security vs 5 syndicate and 1 person for any reason leaves before race starts, win or lose the whole of security gets no rewards.

If I myself leave a race I'd expect no rewards, the point is if any security team player leaves before race starts the remaining of security team gets no rewards.

You can race 1vs5 and get 5 kds solo in that time while getting no reward at the end

Just not right that a random disconnect that "never happens" or "player error" even "get better internet" can screw the whole security team out of rewards for an entire race. For a game with 250k+ daily players, errors like this shouldn't be happening, or atleast be addressed 6 months after the devs were informed of the issue. They can fix the exploit that gets you multiple final milestone rewards a month after it was discovered but can't find a fix to a simple disconnect issue?

It's negligence to fix known issues, and it's getting ridiculous how often it happens

After Unite came out (rip Asphalt 9) I'm pretty sure they either nerfed controller or buffed mobile. You may have noticed that when playing touchscreen, you barely lose any speed while turning while on nintendo even the most minute turn can lose you a lot of speed. Its really sad to see one of the best controller racing games shift to mobile.

I'd suggest triple free car hunts to help PS catch up as well. 1 car like they've been doing, 1 car that was never released on switch, then 1 car that's key hunt/rare release.

Then SEs based on the last week's car hunts. Also go back to A9 hunt drop rates and 1 ticket to help those (ps and switch) do all 3 hunts.

Also a re run of all syndicate would bring in $ for those who want to complete re runs. Daily event pass would bring in $ from the hunts, LP is always popular.

If GL wanted more income, there are plenty of options to FIX problems instead of ignoring the player base

Right now MP1 is completely unfair to PS players because of the restricted selection, yeah there's free try cars but that's not nearly enough. So I'd suggest scrapping this mp1 layout all together. Maybe go back to an A9 MP2 layout with free try season cars

If you want to monetize the mp pass more you could add a season long mp event for pass holders with the old 30k milestone limit to give the global lifers a challenge.

The challenge events were always a hit on switch, idk if global ever had them or if it was a steph and codin thing. 12 360s in one go, 15 barrel rolls, and have top tier bps as rewards, like actual challenges to keep the pros interested while we take a break for catch up events.
Lean more into showroom by adding more cars, add a showroom pass and a way to end early for those that have time to rush. Monetize that with the pass. Honestly any required career cars should be available to everyone so I'd start there with the showroom idea.

we missed several GPs ...... if they bring them back as reruns, switch (and PS) folks have a disadvantage because they 1) missed out on the free stuff that comes with a gp and 2) a fair competition with ppl that start at the same level to get a key. so limiting such rerun to (pre-unite) global and ps, or at least give the non-global folks double the free bps.
As Aki said, stop the mega-multipacks with more than 2 cars for se supports. Does gl really think that imma spend 90k tokens and get a bunch of tc for it whilst only trying to max one mid car ....? I can assure u that most of the ppl who would consider spending money in bundles or passes bc of fomo have rescinded that idea. The gap is too large.
Still havent seen proper compensation for switch missing out on the first month of unite. We didnt have the huayra r and countach events ..... missing out on all those bps, packs and tokens as well. Didnt hear a beep. Only that frankie muniz car got ''rerun" for us ..... yaaaay?!?
Missing the cc850 and devel16 DS ...... not saying that a lot of switch ppl would have gotten the main cars, but you know very well that were mssing a bunch of free stuff from early stages. And with no chance of devel (despite the nerf), and no word about it..... nice being on par with global.
The whale SEs ...... i agree with you that, again, the vast majority of switch folks are unlikely to 1) have gotten far in every single one of those and 2) gold them. But we have not been given a chance. No chance for eips for cars like the deus or aurora. No chance for the free stuff, and bp/packs for support cars. it is not unlikely that people would really go all in for one of those missed events.
So ..... what is a good suggestion for us? I dont know. It certainly is not smashing all those cars in multipacks that we will never go for (at least not to max these cars out). Bringing some of them back in unleashed events, like is happening with the sc63 this season, sounds decent. Perhaps moving the key away from a max star count to, say, a 3 star count would be swell. Setting some (easy or tough, i dont mind) daily event where there are some single packs for these cars, perhaps in a structure where players know it is going to be valuable to at least 2/3* a car (like the british tour season). Adding good ones to clash store. Adding 1 or 2 to the showroom.

Some gift compensation in general would be nice. We also missed several (f2p and lp) car hunts as well as some good daily events. Additional thought: a recurring daily event with 0 fuel every, say, 2 months for good cars that we missed (cars change ofc). Get a bunch of bps, some minor other resources, and add some wacky requirements. Like the venom/tushek event.
Overall, real acknowledgement from GL (devs and community managers) would go a long way also. That slap in the face comp we got at the start of unite has left a bad taste in many mouths; many have quit, and many of those that remain have gone f2p. Sounds like a bad business model to me, even if the switch/ps playerbase is a minor section of the overall group of sheep in the GL herd

The fact of only offering paid packs does not make you want to continue playing because the new SEs are locked for switch players...

We appreciate the feedback and we have kept the devs informed, since the first release of ALU, when the NS community started sharing the full list of missed events.

In response, the devs have made sure to include reruns for some of these events and GP re-runs, prioritizing the cars highlighted by the switch community as it could also be useful to Playstation players.

You can expect this to continue throughout the year, as we continue to work through the list of cars that you missed out on.

However, the team is not considering doing "switch exclusive events", as these events can also benefit both PS players and newer players.

I guess the biggest point to be made is, make the game fun again. People play to have an escape from reality, to have fun. Some enjoy spending money to progress, others don't have that option. You'll lose more player base if it becomes more grinding for hours and days to get cars. So bringing an element of fun back into the game will go a long way, especially for newer players.

Unfortunately this is something that is very hard to balance, given we have 2 versions of the game that released at a later date compared to the global version. We'll try our best to try and make missed cars re-available for re-runs, but it will be very hard to ensure every single SE's cars have had the same availability across different platforms over the past years.

While giving Switch players re-run events is nice, the devs actually need to put some thought into what cars they choose and what order they give us these events. Case in point is the Bugatti Super Sport 300+ SE re-run we got last month. Before the change from A9 to ALU, the Cluj devs gave the Switch players one off events for the Super Sport 300+ and the Deus Vayanne (at the same time). Players could unlock either car, provided the car was 4 stars minimum. Why give us another event for the Super Sport when we have already had an opportunity to unlock it? Further to that point, the De Tomaso P72 was a support car for the SS event, and we never had an opportunity to play the SE for the P72. Why not give us a re-run for the P72 before giving us a re-run for the Super Sport?
