This is getting out of hand.

Half of my races, even after clearing cache, and restarting game, are glitched and/or crash. I've lost thousands of tokens to this happening in GP attempts and other races. I send an issue complaint in the game's own customer care, and customer care sends me the same things I've tried multiple times now.

I would say (and I know the whole A9 switch community would agree) that we need compensation more than just a redeem code for 200 tokens. I'd say I've lost at least 5K tokens to just spending on errored or glitched extra GP attempts and over 20K tokens to spending packs on cars that I would eventually never get, and maybe 10 cars over the last 4-5 months. I want compensation for that. Player ID: 75e33a, expecting to see (at the least) tokens soon.

I just rebooted it one race ago for the same reason....this is getting ridiculous. GL is preying on the commitment of their gamers. This game has turned from fun into layers of money traps. And the game itself (which is actually great) is now riddled with glitches most likely due to the squeezing of existing players last ounce of this game. What ever happened to A10? Integrated. If you start new, you already have too many disgruntled players. What do you do....take em for every last penny before the game dies. Is that what's happening? Sure feels like it. And the game doesn't even work anymore. I have rebooted this game over 20 times today due to map glitches. I'm sure if there is enough of us report all this it could risk fines or possibly being deplatformed from app stores.
What is happening to remedy this? Rethink structure!! Or does the 1% who pay make it worth it. Either way the game will eventually alienate even them die to the glitches. Unfortunately, there is no real clear communication involving some of these things. Other than a redeem code that gave a measly 200 tokens for glitches that cost some players a greater amount. The verbage about legend pass being the only way to "obtain" the event Lambo can be misleading once the player learns of the requirements. Especially coming right off many seasons where this was not the format.....

Before it was only possible on Osaka, Buenos Aires, and Rome (at least for me)
But now it also happens on more tracks like Midwest, Shanghai, and recently, San Francisco...
Seems like the update caused the texture virus to spread

Hi folks @sterile dock @true oak et al. It's an actual Switch issue. I don't know if this is known, and if/or it's just me, but on Career, Chapter 3, Fire and Lightning, Race 11. The EP9 one. Trying to do the 4 360s in one go using the Vulcan.... The fuel gets taken but it doesn't advance to the race and this error message appears:

However, I brought the lower pass my choice knew it was going to be hard. Subsquently i have purchased other items to make sure i was going to get the key anyhow. you are talking about image caching, usually the cache gets corrupted on the shop and events, it may indeed load badly after clearing it.

Alright, don't expect any answer but there's a chance they they action. However i disagree in the comparison with mk2, this is an issue that affects every player involved with the clash, not only top clubs, so it's almost as important and as relevant for the community as mk2 was (imo)

it's tricky they have to find an adequate sanction, normally it's softban but completely useless because they keep all the rewards (and can do other stupid things...)
a ban of 5/7 days is also hard because you have to succeed in proving it by valid documents and being able to check it in the system (this is probably not possible at GL...)
In general those who break the game know that they are untouchable this is how the abuse becomes disproportionate
We are all waiting for a clash ban for this club, this is the best solution that GL can provide to reassure its community

Exactly Wolf, I understand player base is one of the key metrics of a game's possible/future/current profitability, but I believe a whole community has more weight on that than 40-60 ppl involved in hard acc sharing. Sure they are among the biggest spenders and is hard to deal with

I think if ppl are still talking here about club clash issues it is because nobody from GL looks active there but a little bit more here and they want to be heard but it is also because #🏎・switch-general doesn't often look relating to the game. It's more like 5-6 people (always the same) chatting about their lives

i would love to see the numbers behind it all. Cause i remember the rimac debacle. How GL kept quiet and the moderators hushed discord by muting and banning people. Very curious to see if their was any financial backlash or wether it was business as usual. Curious to see if the decline in player base (and therefore money generated) has simply to do with time or also to do with consecutive 'hits' from GL like that. That after getting hit and hit and hit some more people just say F this. or decide to not even pay for the LP anymore. I wish those graphs would tell me GL messed up. Unfortunately I long lost faith in people when it comes to stuff like that. And even more so in that 1% that forks over sooo much money they become more important than the rest of the community. Still would love to see the numbers.

Gl iberica reported highest historical net income in '21 (0,96M€) and second highest net sales (14,95M) after '16. total assets where doubled from '20 to '21 period (3,19M to 6,03M). Also there was an increase of 9 workers (total of 172).
These are som numbers from the spanish subsidiary, Orbis is now unavailable due to technical issues but later we could check the Global Ultimate Owner and how is doing.
