in each search result, go to advanced settings
then scroll down to Reset and click on reset. Dont worry, your cloud progress will be ok
reset all the search results for xbox and login to your xbox account through "Xbox Console Companion" application available in your pc. and open game from there.

@shut geyser it teleports them because you or them are having bad sync with the server meaning theyre actually either way ahead or behind you and once it syncs properly and shows where they are. no, you shouldnt kick them from the game for it (only if they completely lose connection) and no you wont achieve "hacking" if you switch to 2g. its completely fair and doesnt give a disadvantage to the bad connection player

There was an issue mentioned on Xbox webpage. Microsoft say that it is solved but it is not for us.

XBOX LOGIN ISSUE RESOLVED FOR ME!
Trying this and that (including switching my PC from cloud (MS account) to local account and back), I eventually:
- Went to (Win10) Settings > Apps to reset and then uninstall my Xbox Apps (both Console Companion and Game Bar)
- Reinstalled the very same apps from the Microsoft Store (be sure to revert your Windows system from local to MS account before going to the Store, otherwise the apps can't be downloaded for some malfunction)
- Opened A9 and logged in to the Xbox connection
That was all! 🙂

@viscid ocean You know you're connected when A9 doesn't prompt you any more to log in to your Xbox account when you want to access functions like Multiplayer racing, Special Events, your Club stats, etc. (You can do some Daily Event and Career Mode races without being logged in, but nothing will count as contribution to your Club results.)

There are a couple of issues on Osaka as well. The trees in the castle area and when you break the wall and are instantly met with a Y junction.

I'm facing an issue of control locked
In details, the car gets stuck turning right or left. Or like sometimes if it goes straight, no matter how much I push left and right, It's stuck at straight, does not turn. The stuck situation stays for about 2-3 seconds and occurs very randomly, like sometimes it comes again and again at 5-10sec gap, and sometimes it does not. What maybe the cause? I need help in this problem.
I have faced this problem with multiple pc. But strangely the problem does not occur if I log in from other account.

one thing I saw stand out-- it says his connection is Public. That is like going to McDonald's or Starbucks & using their WiFi. A lot of firewalls & blocks when you use a public internet..... and a lot less secure & potential hazard to your device(s). Even when I was setting up DSL once in my house, it defaulted to a public connection for some reason & I couldn't access much on the net until I changed privacy to a private home internet connection. That may be part of the problem-- the game can't see the ports it needs because they may be blocked by default on a public net.

So some days ago, i wanted to play A9, and remembered the update. I clicked the update button to update A9, but when i got to the microsoft store, it didnt update itself, not even waiting. I'm also thinking to re-install the game, but i dont know if that will delete all my cars and achievements.

Well if is a windows issue or not i dont know, but it is a issue its not the first time it append, its rare but happens, i have finished 2nd sometimes and in the end i end up in first, and vice versa, and with the exact same time.
Even if it was a bad connection what was not the case if you check the video, the connection was ok. It is not normal the times are exactly the same.

After the last update, around half of the cars or more lost their default wheel colours... chrome rims turned into plastic white looking rims and for example Koenigsegg Regera lost the carbon fiber texture from it's wheels and now they are just plain grey

@brazen sonnet, just asking, but where are you playing from? I'm playing from SouthEast Asia (Malaysia) with a SSD (apparently, asset loading times when starting Multiplayer races also affect the "Disconnected" issue), no issues for a few weeks now.

The game seems to be [annoyingly] randomly freezing when racing... in both Multiplayer and Singleplayer AI. When the game resumes about 2 seconds later (freezing time varies), I resume at the SAME PLACE, but other racers all teleport forward.
And... unless my underpowered GTX 1070 is causing problems like this (running on <50W right now via 2x Molex adapters - no proper 8-pin PSU to power it, on minimum graphics settings), my specs are no-problemo. (i5-3570, 12GB DDR3, running Win10 on an ADATA SU650 SSD, all drivers, patches, updates up-to-date).

@turbid tusk Contact Customer Care. I just looked on my game & mine reset from last night. Might be a glitch, corrupted file, so CC should be able to rectify it for you. Or you can try the slow method-- uninstall, clear cache on your PC, reinstall before contacting CC

Since last weekend (i.e. even before the update) I'm having the issue that "Gamepad connected/disconnected" keeps popping up alternatingly, affecting mostly my menu selections. As long as the notification doesn't go away, I can't even move the cursor quick enough before the next notification pops up, so I have to use my touch screen most of the time to select anything.
When I'm racing, I can go on most of the time, even when the notifications keep popping up, but sometimes the "Pause" menu pops up, causing me to have to hit the "Resume" button on the touch screen again. When the "Pause" menu does appear during an ongoing race, it usually happens repeatedly, so this trouble is very annoying and distracting.
(Using the same gamepad with other games, like A8, there are no such issues, so I don't think the USB cable is broken.)
Any other players out there with the same issue???

Question about the Rep Problem: In my team yesterday some ppl got disqualified in a World series race and since than they don't get any rep points. So they are on the cheater board (CB). Usually after 24 hours you get out of the CB. Now my question: Do they get out of the CB even if they now play without earning rep or is the time they stay in the CB longer if they now play?

fyi, a few clubs are starting to see their players gaining reps again. seems like if you got a disqualified vs. disconnect message in MP1 you were put on the 24 hours cheater board. those that are gaining reps again were still playing MP so it doesn't seem like you have to stop. But until everyone starts seeing i can't say it'll fix 100%

All players in our club received a Carrera BP only in the last (10th) card pack in stage 1. In stage 2 we all received the BP in the 8th card pack. Now this cannot be coincidence and proofs that card drops are all controlled and not random.

Um... are the servers normally so unresponsive? My client [playing from Malaysia, Southeast Asia] sometimes say "Not Synchronizing" while racing in Multiplayer, but data from other racers' vehicle's movements are coming in smoothly without hiccups.
Claiming MP packs and confirming race results after a race (both vs AI and MP) are also rather glitch-y lately - my MP pack took over 40s to confirm, and I had to restart my game to claim it.
Please, if the game's servers are on high utilization, at least give us a heads-up and not keep us guessing - I honestly won't mind even if they are if I got a heads-up.

Not sure how the soft ban glitch is triggered, many people got it by playing the 488 car hunt riot.
The dev team is investigating and fixing this, not today since it's weekend, but be patient. If you want to, you can play events or multiplayer.

Multiplayer's rather glitchy here... Saw a few players' "[Nickname] has finished the race!" message appear before their cars cross the finish line.
Edit: EVERY car in MP has this "glitch" except mine. What's going on???
Also... my finishing time seems to take longer to reach the servers compared to other players (confirming results also takes +-3 seconds, was +-600ms pre-update). Meaning, if they finish the game +-500ms AFTER my finishing time, THEY win the better position instead of me.

There is still the issue with the game switching to manual in ramps then switching back on TD and drift will stay like it's for manual one click will leave drift in and not like it should be for TD that you need to hold to drift

My [Windows] client seems to be performing data RX and TX with a significant time lapse (+-500ms).
If someone finishes the match within 500ms after me, they overtake my position in the Race Results, and my Finishing Time is "delayed" to that player's Finishing Time.
This issue is consistent and occurs in every MP race (both Global and Limited Series). Need a fix - Rating and Rep gain is not going to look good on my tab this season...

Um... my game is taking over 10 minutes just to get past the initial loading screen (the one with the FXX K), and when (and if) it finally gets past that, no events, no Legend Season and no MP events.
Game's already unblocked from Windows and my antivirus' firewalls, and I've already tried resetting and reinstalling. Didn't work. And... still getting the "Error 0" bug in the initial loading screen. Help...? Please? I really can't miss Q2!

@slim owl maybe some kind of connection issue as well... I also have this issue not long ago, not sure if it still persists - your client takes longer to send the "Race Finished" signal to the MP server, and when it does, the other racer's signal already reached the server 😅
Also... as for my issue, my computer seems to be having performance issues with Asphalt 9. It stutters at like 20-30 fps or lower sometimes, but other times, it runs buttery smooth. Task Manager reported that CPU utilization was 55-70% throughout the affected race section(s).
My specs are i5-3570, 12GB DDR3, GTX 1070, and I manually tweak the app's Priority to Realtime (theoretically, it should dedicate all resources to keep A9 running, regardless of everything else - correct me if I'm wrong!), no other CPU-intensive apps active except for Spotify (cuz' the soundtracks get boring after some time).
Update with Ethan73's issue above: It still continues for me. Maybe allow us to pick Matchmaking region/servers to offer a pick between ping stability and matchmaking time?

What the heck is wrong with those ads? I click them. I watch them. I get a black screen, have to restart the game and I get nothing from the ones I've watched. This has been happening for a long time now and it's getting very annoying. Not to mention it is very disrespectful too, because you are making money while we get nothing from the time we lost.

Why isnt there any info buttons for any players to see who bought in the finals and who made what time ? Yesterday in round 2 i saw the buttons on 7 players who had made the round 2. Why is it going away in new rounds ? I am in a group where most players do there first attempt in the last hour of the round 48 hours.
Last GP we had the info button to see qualification time and was no need to wait every round if someone have played the round where we see time anyways for the round. And why does it even matter on the round time if the info button was to see only the time for qualification. And never mind that i didnt even see all of the 14 players yesterday who had made a time in round 2 and only 7 of them show it

Um... my "delayed RX TX" issue is getting worse. Someone's "Race Finished" signal reached me 3 SECONDS before his/her car crossed the finish line. And the game had a 3.2 seconds after I crossed the finish line to show me the "Results" screen. Most related technical info is available in another previous bug report above.

It is highly advised against watching Ads after MP races, or anywhere else. After watching an ad to triple my Credits rewards after an MP race, my keyboard and mouse stopped responding at the start of another MP race; it has been like this ever since, making the game unplayable and forcing me to turn off my device manually. Moments later, I reopened the game after restarting my device. When I attempt to open the MP menu, the game crashes. After reopening the game a second time, I managed to enter an MP race in Osaka, but I ran into an issue shown above (via screenshot). Has any Windows player faced this issue?

What I meant is that, after racing in MP, I clicked on watch ads and then, after that, instead of showing me the ads, it shows me an error.

A9 crashing frequently for me on a recent install of Windows 10. Do these errors get uploaded automatically or do I need to open a support ticket and supply this information?
I filtered for all A9 crashes since the re-install. I re-installed my OS for unrelated reasons but it was also crashing like this before the re-install.
My Player ID is 3f06ee and the first two screenshots I uploaded show the most recent crash. It typically happens as soon as the race starts and the car is about to take off.. the app will just close without warning. This time it happened in the middle of a multiplayer race which is rare.. most times it occurs right after the countdown goes 3...2...1... crash
