If you have your account on iOS or Android, refill your tickets there with ads then go back to MS store

yeah i understand the feeling, but sadly that's how companies work... they don't work in weekends and most likely won't get paid extra if they make an exception... in the grand scheme of things it's not a gamebreaking issue like not being able to access the game. all in all it only affects a small portion of the playerbase, more so when there are workarounds to patch the problem momentarily if you would like to

My problem is bigger than the AD issue (although it is messing up the schedule).
I am disabled so use TD and the car is not handling right since the UPDATE

I didn't test this for the windows version since the app dosent allow me to run frameview for measurement
and this version of the game dosent allow me to blow past my screen's refresh rate.
BUT
the optimization will still relieve the stutter of game, regardless of the version of the app.

Shanghai Represents an "Over optimized" map
Singapore represents a "sub-optimal" map
and san diego (no portals) is the 2nd map to hit 200 FPS on my machine
but also stutters hard on occasion.

Shanghai gets a deficit
Singapore gets a Significant improvement in 1% lows, (the slowest of frames)
and san diego improves, but not by much.

for context: my machine is a R7 3700x 8 cores (only 4 cores used for testing)
an RTX3060 12GB
and 32GB of 3200mhz ram.

so conclusion: "turn off full screen optimizations" helps a lot for problematic maps like singapore, midwest, rome and paris
but dosent improve much on maps that dosent need much help
Like shanghai, nevada, and caribbean.
so this option has no impactful downsides

You don't need another device. You can install google play games beta on PC which runs the android version and ads will work for your refills

Unfortunately the reality is if you want to game on a laptop with an igpu, it’s getting more and more difficult. The only solution is to buy a desktop, or new laptop. You could find some cheap used desktop and upgrade it to be decent at gaming

@cedar sun Ads are not working properly on MS Store/Xbox version of game, I know you reported it as fixed ealier, well its not 100% fixed, there is a issue of getting tickets from Ads, impacting DS11 most, seems the ad server is bottlenecking the wait time between watching ads, it just took OVER 5mins before it allowed to watch another ad. Please forward this so it can be fixed ASAP!

Ok, thank you for the info - also I should point out that watching ads seems "fine" for about the first 15-20 ads or so, after that is when it appears to be bottlenecking.

Ads issue is not fixed - there is a total limit to how many ads I could watch today (and it was yesterday as well). I bothered to count today - it was 40. May be just an "accident" - maybe something else triggers ads disappearing, but it's not fixed.

Bug with Lamborghini SC18 Special Hunt - special hunts have NEVER been time/date gated. If this is an intended change it's succeeded in pissing off your players.

There is not a 40 ad limit, it's their ad server that is misconfigured - it is restricting the frequency of watching/distributing the ads, this same thing happened before back in Jan or Feb iirc.

Was not in January but whole summer of 2024, 3 months, think it is intentional to get more people to use mobile devices, as they say as a solution is to install on a mobile device. If ads are on mobile then should be windows too. There has never been a issue with ads on mobile devices except what type of ads are shown. I used to have a mobile device but broken sim card slot. so no longer works. Just bad timing as it ruins anniversary event as windows player won't complete events. (PS my cars have been nerfed can not complete Lego, second time now, can't get BPs after first run of tickets. (1 race at 1:24, 3 with 1:27, now car runs with best time of 1:30) With the boxes collecting can collect 40 - 50 but timer stops at end of tunnel, car is not moving fast enough) SC18 35 runs and only 1 BP, mostly coins and parts are rare 1 in 5-6 runs. Don't know what I did to deserve this type of treatment even with paying for season pass. supposed to have perks but turns out no perks at all. 20k rep missing as not being counted 2 days. reported that.

Please fix the resize problem in Asphalt Rebrand. in ALU, we can resize the game size to any size, even to the 100x150 resolution (first pic). Now we couldn't go lower than 626x473 (third pic).

1. I bought daily pass yesterday to start my SH as I do usually, and I noticed that this time around it's blocked with dates, which means me having a 3* car, need to wait.
   If I knew this is how it's gonna be I would've bought it tomorrow (waste of 2 days out of my 14 days).
   Additionally, why to waste time of the player that have it already above 2-3* and make them play with lower drop rates?
2. Length & duration of the tracks in each stage- This is an hunt, means we need to do it repeatedly, usually tracks lengths & duration are between 38-49s (under 1m). What exactly you had in mind giving 1.20s+ tracks?

Sorry to hear, I'm also wondering if maybe the Ads are having an issue with DNS servers, I'm located in Ont, Canada and I'm not having any issues other than sometimes I might need to wait about 5mins, you could try opening a command prompt (rightclick start, Terminal (Admin)) and using the following command - ipconfig /flushdns

Well I don't know then, it's unfortunate too that with the MS store/Xbox version you CAN'T use a VPN to try forcing a different location, my only other suggestion would involve changing the DNS servers selection in your Router or Windows IP config settings, with my ISP it is using Googles public DNS servers by default - still not really sure if that would be of any help, and a little more technical than other things I suggested.

I have the same issue every update, well I say update, it downloads the whole game again and then breaks, or like your issue gets so far and falls over and gives up. I find that if you uninstall the game fully, and then connect to a VPN and then download the game through the garbage Windows Store, as the VPN seems to keep the download stable, then once installed, disconnect your VPN and load the game.
PS Even if you install fresh with a VPN you may still get an error message at the end of the download which if you click retry actually finishes off the install.
PPS Gameloft, please consider releasing the Windows/Xbox version of the game through GOG, as the Windows Store is garbage, and the XBox app is just a front for the Windows Store.

Yes, before start it moves forward on all tracks, and then after start, it drives fine on all tracks (as far as I know). Except Bridge to Bridge. After start, it stays stuck in place and does not move forward. Steering, nitro just slightly spins it around. That is what I am reporting.

Whether 5305 performance in general for Chiron is "fair", is the game balance question and I would say, it's ok. But I agree that acceleration mechanics should not be implemented by pushing a car forward before the start - because it's "ugly". Real races do not happen like that, just because a car has better parts 😄

Since the last update, the graphics has been unstable especially when a lot of cars in the view. It gets very jerky and looks like it's about to break up and makes it difficult to control the car or see where you are, etc. Has anyone else noticed this and is it on Windows only? that's because of ghost mp, whenever your car overlaps with the others, there is unstable physics issue/shaky cam because of overlap of two different entities. that's a game mechanic, but I don't know if it is intended or just a side effect. graphics won't make a difference. but this only happens in multiplayer. did this issue occur to you anywhere else or just in mp?

Yup, already have almost everything at low or off. Shadow Res is medium, anti aliasing and models quality are high. Also, ghosts are turned off. It mostly happens in MP because cars wind up in front of me much more often than in other events with AIs.

This usually happens when you don't have enough bandwidth. I run into this every now and then when I have a very large download that's using up my bandwidth and my router doesn't allocate enough to my laptop. Make sure you don't have something similar happening including the OS downloading updates for example.

There's some coloring bug going on recently.
Noticed on TERZO and DBS , if you go from official color to customize paint, whatever you picked last in official becomes your color 2 and customized paint becomes color 1.
Seems this happening mostly with cars that have 1 color option only.
Then why not opening the dual option to all cars? It seems to be the easiest way to fix this bug 😅

P. S. I picked blue tone in official and now tried to put some other color and gives me this dual tone 😂

I'm a little late for the conversation about ads above but, I don't recommend anyone to reset the game multiple times to bypass the ad limit, that will trigger the anticheat system and cause your account to be temporarily banned or worse, entire progress reset
The ad limit is there for a reason, please don't try to bypass it

As for emulators, they're grey area, I don't recommend anyone to use them, they can also trigger the anticheat system and cause a ban, please only download Asphalt from official builds and use it on officially supported platforms!

The only reason we have ad limit is because gameloft is greedy and wants more players to buy tle passes and credit bundles. Ad limit being added only on one platform is a joke, maybe if gameloft was more transparent about the reason they added the ad limit players wouldn't try to find ways around it. If there's a problem with the ad providers they could just rerun the 2024 Black Friday ads we had earlier this year.
