why does it refresh 3 hrs after the event start/ end time. That reduces daily refresh by one day if you missed the first refresh, in the first 3 hrs of the event starting

It doesnt add any refresh for anybody, it reduces by one day for those who didn't open the game in the first 3hrs of the event starting, if you opened the game in the first 3 hrs you'll get the intended 11 daily refrehes.

It's daily refresh, daily should be after 24hrs

and why is this time different. will the packs remain after event end? and does that include the shop?

I refreshed the spotlight shop with 200 tokens few hours before the usual store refresh. I thought the token refresh would reset after the usual daily shop reset and would require only 200 tokens again to refresh again, but it is asking 450 tokens and is showing 3/4 refresh left eventhough I used the token refresh before the daily refresh. Is it how it is designed or is it a bug?

Make sure the game is fully uninstalled, then load up a VPN and then download with the VPN active. You may need to disable the VPN before you load up the game. Worth a try, as I have issues trying to download via the Store (which is garbage), and that's how I get around it.

You were probably trying to qualify in the Grand Prix when this error occurred. It has happened to me before.
You have 3 attempts to qualify, and if you tap too quickly on the 'RACE' menu after finishing the race, the attempt count may show 4/3 (which is illogical), causing the error (blank screen).
However, after closing the warning, the game returns to the menu correctly, following the proper logic and without any further issues.

Apparently, it’s an issue that could be reported to the team by Discord mods.

Hey guys!
I wanted to bring up something about Gauntlet matchmaking that’s kind of getting out of hand lately.

Basically, when you join Gauntlet you start with 1000 points (kind of like RP disguised as matchmaking rating). At the beginning of the event, people naturally fight each other to climb, which is fine and expected.

But there’s now a huge group of players that wait until the last minutes to join, and the system creates new, almost empty lobbies for them. So they don’t have to deal with the real competition, they just crush the fresh lobbies, beat a few players, and get top 100 or even top 1 super easily.

This used to happen occasionally before, but now it’s massively abused. It kinda kills the competitive vibe of Gauntlet for people who actually try from the start.

Possible solution idea:
Maybe you could create 1 to 10 global lobbies per division (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 based on car ranks), so new players fight new players, pros fight pros, and no one can "cheese" the system by entering super late.

Not sure if this is considered a bug or more of a design flaw, but wanted to report it just in case! It’s definitely exploitable right now.

It’s easy to check if you try it.

Suggestion:

Either fix the collisions to match "Unbreakable",

Early diffuse reflection of ALU is more like Pearlescent paint. Now, this type of reflection is still existed in ALU. But the sun will never make diffuse relection like that.

On Windows Store version, these welcome sets are no available by default. To made these sets available, player needs to login to Android version. After that, login back to Windows version and then these welcome sets will become available. And every materials on the ground still have real-time reflection (except water).

When you're using a new technology (ALU reflection) but it looks bad, the best way to solve it is using the technology before (A9 reflection).

Looks like MP issue is still there after update. Where it gets "stuck" looking for other players indefinitely and ESC/back doesn't work and you have to shut down the game and lose the fuel for the selected vehicle. 😦

When there are three options on the track and the left option is a nitrous bottle, it will automatically disappear when selected, contrary to what others have said about being too fast to select. There are some issues with finding opponents in multiplayer and also the icons of the events in daily events are not visible. Anyway, this game looks more and more like a money grab, every single element it has a separate pass, with tons of pointless and useless cars put there just to need them somewhere and buy a few passes. I really miss the early days of the game, with very few cars added every update, longer seasons and no passes. We all just play with just a handful of cars in multiplayer anyway. I guess that quantity is now preferred to quality.

Hello, I just wanted to report that the latest update ruined TouchDrive. The car refuses to take most nitro bottles. Sometimes I even feel like it's deliberately avoiding them; like, the car it's right in the path to grab a bottle, but at the last second it says "nope" and just drives away. I'm not saying it's impossible to play with TouchDrive right now, but without those extra bottles, it's much slower than manual driving.

There's an issue where sometimes the game gets softlock after trying to play MP and matchmaking starts. It happens after switching to another event after canceling the first MP matchmaking or after a MP game is done. You can force quit to end this and try again to play MP properly.

Still no fix (7-29-2025), noticed yesterday around 3 am e.s.t time (7-28-2025), as only 1k got added from starting at 8 pm e.s.t time (7-27-2025). no cheat, MP races got lower lobbies, 3-4 opponents. This should not effect the rep as lower scores are given. I bought season pass to get added rep and not recieving it. Hey! I found a possible visual bug in Asphalt Legends:

On the San Diego map, if you crash into a specific spot, the car respawns instantly, but appears visually broken/damaged, even though it's still fully drivable.

Actually the windows volume mixer does not affect these new ads they put in game, every time you watch one of these (that are more local now) each of these ads opens as new program to manage them in the volume mixer. They also have their own volume setting in the bottom right corner. Hello, I would like to know why in touchdrive mode if you want to drift you have to hold S, but in manual mode you have to tap S to start drifting and tap S again to stop drifting? It makes no sense. In Touch drive mode, if as per your request, tapping S would initiate continuous drift, how would you stop it? If you stop it by pressing S again, what about short drifts? Car would do a 360.
And in manual mode, holding S would mess up with advance nitro and brake tricks like brake-nitro, punch, floaties, etc.

I am not enjoying MP at all. The problem is not the lack of opponents, but the car not handling properly.
I am disabled so use TD and the car avoids the powerups. It's hard enough being competitive with TD
without being able to get NITRO

Please fix the MP1 rating issues. Thousands of players and only a thousand of player get to play in LL. That on the final day of MP1 as well. That's only 1 day out of 14 days of MP1.

It just sounds atrocious. Atleast top 5k players should be able to achieve LL by the 7th day of MP1.
Else the top lobbies are just too dead.
I've played only in 3 man lobbies for the past 3-4 days. This game should not be looking so dead especially after Unite.

It's been like months now, but when playing team pursuit, and ONLY TEAM PURSUIT, if I happen to press Pause (i play with the Xbox controller), and then resume the gameplay, the camera will shift to a random player instead of me for no reason, disabling me from seeing my car and play at all. There is no way to come back to my normal player POV for the rest of the round once it happens, i can only wait until the end powerless, getting KD'd by the other players.

Can you report this issue to the devs and fix it as soon as possible? Because this ruined a lot of Team Pursuit races for me.

I came here to see if it's just me but I can see that everyone playing this game on Windows is experiencing the same issue. This is a real nightmare as Windows is the best platform (IMO) for ads on this game. Mine are normally 15 - 30 seconds and not prone to bugging the game like they do sometimes on Android.

There is a bug where when you unlock a car through car hunt, it will always preselect this car which is VERY annoying when you are farming with other vehicles. I hope this detail reaches the devs and gets fixed because it is irritating. Car hunts are already so long and tedious to accomplish so i'd expect at least to have a proper experience when selecting a car in menus

Same here, can not complete daily tasks and Season Missions, buy 14 items from legend store. Bad enough with 3X and 4x multipliers where you can not even build a car to make it through events. Even in spotlight every car has to be upgraded to gain extra coins. (yeah can complete task without, and 6 cars locked behind keys that need upgrading no way to prepare for next event when needed. Not to mention daily event cars also.) seems theese days the more cars you try to level up, you can not build them pass level 1. maybe new commers can but veterans can not. seems each season I keep needing more and more coins. at 50 mil per car and grinding 2- 3 mil per day (cost of BPs) just to make daily event task. not even building the car. (300 BPs per car in shop) At this rate soon be quitting as no resources to continue.
