Sorry for repeating my issue but the team didn't respond:
My issue: game crashes every time i cross finish-line on:
Legend-Pass-Presentation
Formula E Gen 2 Asphalt Edition: Part 3
Elite: Class B (Class C also)
Weekly Competition
Drive Syndicate
GP: Q2-race
So I am not able to collect rewards from these events and lose tickets (and fuel), can't participate on GP therefor no BP.

Intel Xeon W3565, 8GB, Win10Pro 22H2, Radeon RX 570 with 8GB and latest AMD-driver.
GFX-setting in ALU: very low, vsync off
I tried 3 different GFX-drivers (24.7.1 (actual); 24.3.1; 23.11.1) all with the same result.
Additional info: all the other races Asphalt doesn't crash at finish line (i.e. all MP, other SE, other Dailies).

I know ads have reported as absent, but it's infuriating trying to get through DS9 and Ultima RS SE, the latter which I have the car at 6 stars, all 16 eip, but only managed to reach stage 10. Thus I think windows users should be reimbursed with what was missed out.

bad thing is there are 2 events for the Ultima RS SE. windows only got 1, still it hard to make it without some type of refill. don't have to have ads to a limited daily refill, just a way to get us to buy pass just to get the same amount of refills. Still not even getting our Bonus X multipliers.

Hi, guys. For some unknown reason my game is loading for longer and then gives the network error (not sync) and it disappears less then in a second, but after that all events (except of showroom) and legend pass disappear from my game like there were no events

How much RAM do you have? What FPS you get during races? It looks like you're playing at 4K, max settings. In this case you'll most probably not get 60 FPS. For the 2060 Super you need to target lower res or lower settings

You have 4GB of RAM, which is also shared with the GPU, so the usable memory by the game is very low. Try to close everything, and reduce settings to minimum

Playing syndicate seems like a joke, there are no videos for the ads to recharge tickets and some events require 3 tickets per match. In practice no intelligent person will spend money on an event that you can not carry out. Sometimes I wonder if within GL there is a mole in the decision staff of another competing game company to create problems.

Here is a funny thing. I played A9 on a i5 6th gen laptop.
Not great graphics HD520, but it was always clear view, no lag.
Then I opened up my Acc. via steam on another machine.
Which inspired me to this;
I took a strange machine with an amd A10 9700 r7 and 16GB ddr. someoe gave me 6 months ago
This is on an MS1 A320m VH Pro M-ATX in an entry level gaming rig- flashing leds, glass front, etc.
Totally useless, barely able to run Win 10 now/.
I added a very much used geforce gtx 750ti and through steam it is better than before, ie. A9!!
The 750ti is DX11_0, but supports DX12 apps-thisis an old card...

Because only from 12th gen Intel CPU or above can be fully compatible with Windows 11, as the later generation models' structure are all about e-core and p-core suitable for the coding of new operation system. There is an issue with the store on Windows version. Whenever someone tries to make a purchase of items which requires real money like Legend/Unite Pass, Card Packs, Offers, the game tries to sync with the server, even if the person tries to not do the transaction. Basically, I purchased the Unite Pass on the 17th of this month and it resulted in a forced synchronisation. I waited for a long time and closed the game to see if the purchase happened, which didn't for some reason and my money was gone. Even the receipt was mailed to me, which showed that the transaction happened, but I didn't get the item. I want to have my money back if it's possible.

yes, there's a breach of trust, but people are deluded if they think gameloft is obligated to keep stuff the same just because you paid for it. it's their game, they can do what they want with it, and they will have made that decision betting that it won't particularly hurt them financially compared to everything else they're doing.

good lesson to not spend ludicrous amounts of money on some pixels in a video game, so hopefully gameloft do lose out on money, but also some players save their money instead of wasting it.

To tell the truth the game was released on schedule, even when it was not ready yet, as the game is in the Alpha stage, Beta was already done, so we are playing Alpha stage, getting the kinks ironed out. Some parts were not even finished on different sub platforms. The game in this state should have not been released to make make money off of. (maybe need more money to complete doubt this as gained major advertising revenue. example: Mc Donalds and parterning with Disney) maybe just this dept, not as a whole, to bring revenue up. Knew in beginnig was doing KC Shuffle, look left (GUI ) when should have been looking right (Shop ) as now different layers where almost everything is sold. even 2 new sections Decals and Cosmetics. A few days ago, my friend and I used a link account with a code to log into someone else's account on their device faster, and we logged out completely. However, since then, after a period of time, our accounts keep switching with each other even though we have sent the code back or reset data, reinstalled the game, but to no avail. Ads are what gives us multipliers per race, when you have million coins upgrades per level and 500,000 coins for parts there is no way to build with at most 3,800 per race (five every 2 hours) and 3,000 for the rest. given 100 races, you can not even do anything to get car upgraded for use in event, so 2 days just for 1 part. This season will bakrupt many windows players just to stay in game, The daily credit would be just enough to buy 1 p from shop (per daily task).Ads also gives us free refills to do more than 1 event or more chances of getting more BPs doing our hunts. So right now even if game is ok, we are still in a limited state where you can not get anything done. Try doing the DS event with no coins to progress in the event as cars have to be leveled up to advance.

I believe it's officially supported because the version on Google Play Games PC is not the same as the Android version, it's specifically a modified version of the game provided by Gameloft that works with it and configured keyboard controls, #📌・rules state that it's not expressly prohibited to use emulators but it may appear to be modified, which in this case if it's officially supported then there shouldn't be a problem (I've been using it myself for several months), but we still haven't gotten any confirmation from the Asphalt team if it's officially supported

Hello, I have an issue which, I think, is pretty common. In multiplayer, when I have a freeze, the server also freezes my car, it's been a year maybe and I was hoping that it would be fixed with the game rework, obviously it's not and the freezes happen too often now (I understand that the game may have many issues right now, but with this server bug, it's becoming unplayable) and it's kind of hard to get above gold league with that, since I also can't destroy other players few seconds after each freeze.

According to Asphalt Legends Unite's system requirements, for Windows you have the appropriate hardware to run the game however you can only run it in Very Low graphics settings/profile, make sure that is set, though the game isn't properly optimized yet so some issues are to be expected

The absence of ads are currently temporary as stated by someone from the Asphalt team: #🏎・general message

Overclocking not working in the Microsoft Store version of the game is a known issue and it'll probably be fixed in the next update, it does work on the Steam version of the game as well as the mobile versions

IIRC 730M does support DX12 but it supports the Feature Level 11_0 of DX12 specs which might be an issue (not sure on that). It is based on Kepler, so driver support has also stopped.

Well, DS is never meant to be an F2P friendly event and completing it requires shelling out real money anyways. You should however be able to get the Enzo since the event will last more than a month from now and you will get either relays or Wild Cards in between. I strongly suggest you save your Tokens from now on to maximize relay pack purchases.

It's not working. Apparently ALU requires at least a FL12_0 to run, like most of the recent titles. This change is likely due to moving to the new game engine that supports Dynamic Lighting that DX11 can't handle.

I think Gameloft should give option to players whose hardware is rendered unsupported in new update a chance to migrate their progress to may be their Phones/Tablets or vice versa so that they can at least continue playing there until they upgrade their devices.

Honestly don't understand this logic. If you are not going to provide the tracks in MP, why make this requirement. It's almost two weeks now & I got these tracks twice.

I did this challenge by just playing mp 1, sooner or later you will unlock it too. You still have time to complete this challenge until the legend pass is active. even when doing season missions episodes 3 and 4.

And usually they put a challege that says knock down 3 or 4 opponents in a car hunt event nevada/paris and then you need to wait for these hunts and tracks to come around, and they usually come around after the mission episode ends 🙂 idk why they do this.

Few days ago while trying to deletetion schedule my 2nd id i scheduled my main id for deletetion but then i mailed gameloft and they cancelled the proof is here. But now my id is logged out and its showing that it would get deleted in 30days. As i am a youtuber i cant afford that. Please Help me with it. Big performance loss from today's hotfix.
Visually it feels like I'm struggling to get to 30 FPS while I had constant 60 FPS before, with the same graphics settings. Singapore was a bit laggy before, now it's everywhere, even in the garage it's lagging.

Instead of "Low" graphics with all effects (Bloom, sun rays etc.) disabled, I have to go on "Very low" graphics to have a stable 60 FPS again.

Seems like the multiple UI bugs are now fixed for now, though.

With A9 my Nvidia 740 Geforce GPU worked around 50%, with Asphalt Unit worked at 70% with low resolution. Now after today’s 4.3 GB update the GPU is down to 100% with slowdowns. What have you changed? Maybe you put too much 3d resolution?
