@rain atlas , Downhill Run track hasn't come up in MP yet, I don't have a capable car to do it in career mode, and I'm the only player in "my team". Therefore I am not capable of accomplishing that last mission, consequence is that I will not be able to collect those 2 blueprints missing to star up the LP car, and I know that there are more players in the same situation as I am. So, is there anything you can do about it? Thanks for any reply.

The error is a glitch. Why is it very , very , very rare that the right tracks fall out in a network race ? Of the 25 races, only 1 was needed. And this despite the fact that 3 countries of the world are needed. Race c class.

I am still facing intermittent control issues. Usually it's fine, but sometimes I turn on the game and the graphics are very jerky and the controls either do nothing or overreact to the extreme. For example, I tried a multiplayer race. In the space of 15 seconds, I experienced the following: huge delays between control inputs and car response, jerky graphics that put me behind as though I had connection issues (which I did not), control overreactions that resulted in me quitting the race after an extremely light and brief touch of the right arrow key resulted in my car violently turning nearly 60 degrees right off the track. These issues having been going on for months, and Gameloft has yet to do anything. Please fix this as soon as possible. It's impossible to enjoy a racing game when my car is functionally uncontrollable.

@rain atlas Again and again the game hangs in mp mode, there are short dropouts. This makes a good result impossible - especially in slipstream mode. I get the message: "You have a bad connection! But a speed test shows me 49 Mbit/sec download and 20 Mbit/sec upload! So it can't be my internet connection after all. Playing games like this is absolutely no fun! Fix that, please. Thanks

Am seeing same issue with missing Daily Events. Re updating the game, no update notice is coming up and Windows Store shows no update available btw.

But as soon as I enter my name exactly as it always has been spelled - the "Confirm" button goes dark and striped again and is not reacting to mouse clicks. How do you plan to compensate the clubs and players who lost the Clash challenge due to the Bentley Continental GT3 Bug?
Many clubs were ahead and lost the challenge because of this problem. Many players were using the Bentley in defence and can no longer use it in attack.
So what will you do? Will you give the victory prize to the losing club as well?
Will you cancel the roads won by the players who exploited the bug?
Something has to be done and we expect you to do it.
I remember many of us lost entire days doing the clash. So the least you can do is compensate in some way.
Every day/week/update, the mistakes of the developers and GL fall on us players. With one difference: you receive your salary despite the mistakes, while we only pay and buy the mistakes.
I wish you a good evening and expect an adequate response, but above all an adequate intervention to compensate for this unfortunate mistake.

4 years after launching the devs decided that the greatest idea is to go back to the roots, so they made Multiplayer as if there are only two dozens of cars available, not ~160.

My honest opinion about this is, they know and made it on purpose the MP to be junk, not only on rewards but also with the car pool, so that you would be "inclined" to play the DS event since that's their big thing right now.
In my case, I love MP, and DS for me is just another grindy thing. Which means I'm not playing the game as much, the day before yesterday I barely played, and today I didn't play the game. There's no incentive for me to play the game as it is right now.
I'm not gonna play DS just because "they want me to".

been experiencing hardcore input lag since yesterday. controls either do not respond (360ing for example at times) or get registered for too long (stuck on steering for an extended period of time). my steering sometimes feels as if i can barely turn (happened in the auckland vid) or it turns as if my key got stuck in (usually at start of races). ive also noticed a ton of hitching every .5 seconds on the menu screens when you pan with the mouse (garage, events, ds mission set pages, shop, home screen). the input lag seemingly started yesterday and the menu hitching has been present since the update launched

the input overlay getting stuck on keys is unrelated as ive tested with a ghosting program to see if it gets stuck there (which it doesnt)

The input lag was never fixed, it just happens more or less. Reinstall game or clear cache won't work since it was their game problem (high CPU usage)

I experience the exact same problem. But for many months. No update was able to fix the issue. Re-install does not work. If the game mode allows it, going to the pause screen by pushing esc and re-entering the race helps.

If you have the constant downloading/network traffic vungle/ads issues (check in Resource Monitor which files Asphalt 9 is downloading/writing) which may cause lags/control issues, there's a workaround you can try, which shuts it up for the time being and gets A9 back to normal CPU/network/disk usage.

In the Resource Monitor you will see that the downloading takes place from a particular IP address. Put a rule to block that IP address for A9 in your firewall and the downloading stops and then it tries another IP. Block that one too, and it goes quiet.

Here are two rules with IP addresses you can add for a firewall (you will likely have to remove them in the future, so don't forget. They may be different IP addresses based on your location in the world):

You can see it was the same IP address at the time sending files endlessly:

If you block the IPs, the next day your ads may not work. Disable those IP blocks you added in your firewall, and reset the game. All is fine again (it will download a fresh batch of ads). And so far no crazy downloading today. If it comes back, block the IPs again, etc.

Many complain about steering problems on keyboard. I have the same since today - it randomly doesn’t react or “overreacts”, so it turns on its own, doesn’t turn, doesn’t turn on the nitro or doesn’t turn off, doesn’t start drifting etc…

Overall experience is awful. It’s really hard to keep up with good players in multiplayer, even in better cars.

And I can’t imagine to experience above-mentioned problems during Grand Prix that starts tomorrow…

What about the game constantly being laggy on Steam and not at all smooth? Is that from GL's end or Steam's? The Microsoft Store version of A9 runs fine, but the Steam version seems to be the opposite. Surely there's some issue with how GL has optimized the Steam version of A9, because I've never seen such poor performance when using the MS version. Are there any plans to release some kind of fix for the lag?

I would like to thank the team, for giving the opportunity to play with the lag on Windows. Playing without lag is way too much easy and no fun at all. I lost many games in multiplayers (even in DS mode), when game suddenly decides to let me lose in last part of the races. I can see, players need to put much more concentration and anticipation(at least I do), like when game will level up the challenge and lag will show up. I tried those solutions as well: playing on anorher computer - sometimes it works. And strange one - different buttons - I usually use arrows on main keybord (and game lagging on them badly) but if I try ASWD buttons or arrows on numeric keyboard it usually works well (of course you have to learn how to drive differently but, as you said, GL is trying to teach us new things 😉)

This is more than just a wrong display of points, I am getting the same milestones over and over again. Yes.. import part is different than upgrade the car to higher level. Similarly, unlocking a car doesnt count as star up the car in missions.

I am checking this theory now - I have good computer (Ryzen 7, 16 gb RAM, graphic card) but due to their mess it started overheating (to much CPU usage etc.). I have no lags for first few minutes but after computer gets hot - it's all over. So maybe that lag problem may be solved by solving problem from this side. Just thinking.

Is your computer fan working properly? Is it clean? It happens sometimes, because of dirty vents or dirty fan blades, heat transfer is not efficient. I am sure you know this.

I had experienced this lag Twice or thrice earlier and in each case this had been in common. Same as that, now whenever I try to watch ads only GL'S ads show up. Fix it asap. there's no bug, this stage is intended to be the largest paywall in the entire event - you can get Centodieci packs already but you're almost guaranteed to run short on "free" Syndicate Coins before star up + upgrade so your only options to progress is using the shop

Lot of game freeze and button sensitivity has a huge delay and works like 1 sensitivity suddenly gets so sensitive I go to a side and gets wrecked. Fix it man. I'm unable to reach top 100 in mp. 😔
