Dear A9 Discord Team and Devs (if this message actually reaches them),
I have been hit pretty hard in the face with my issue.
For several weeks now, i have been constantly facing freezes when i try to queue for a race (see screenshot; this is where the game freezes, i do not get any error message).

It wasn't as bad a few weeks ago as it is now. At least a solid 50% of the times i try to get into a match end up giving me a freeze.
Clearing cache does not help.
Customer Care has also been informed for the second time, but i haven't received an answer yet.
First time i messaged them, they told me that i can rest well assured, because it was a known problem and the devs are apparently working hard on a fix for this issue.

Just a few days ago, out of 15 (i think it was 15) tries to get into a race, only 2 have been successful.
This prevents me from getting good rewards from the mp seasons (i usually place top 1000 in both), but more important, i cannot contribute to my club.

Everyone listen up-- it seems like an old glitch has returned. Just playing the game puts you in cheater Board-- ouch. The only work around for this until the Devs can address it & make a patch is to shut down the game for 24 hours. Do not play it at all to make sure the built in anti-cheat resets. If after 24 hours you still cannot earn points, you can contact Customer Care for further assistance.

I was banned for 7 days by the utterly incompetent GL Customer Care, the same folks who couldn't transfer my account for almost a year! They accused me of modifying the game files without any evidence! Every single race I played was legit and the game was downloaded from the Play Store as it was. They SHOULD check all logs and race times. Do a CRC check of the integrity of the files, whatever. Instead banning the actual cheaters they banned legit players!! I put so much effort in my profile only to be at risk of being deleted by an i***t who doesn't even have EVIDENCE. Where I can complain about the abusive CC?

I'm Level 95. It makes no sense to cheat and lose everything. They picked the wrong target.

Hello I've found 2 bugs on the game that need to be fixed.

1. The game will no longer refresh and ends up crashing the game when left on in the background after a few minutes. This used to go back quickly in the previous updates until now.

2. When you click on an import part to apply and you have insufficient credits, the microtransaction pop up displays your buying options...

The bug in this is more severe especially if someone ends up buying high tier credits. When purchasing through this, it takes away your tokens and doesn't give you your credit's in return. I've already lost like 200 credits from it altogether and it needs to be fixed as soon as possible before someone gets unhappy @vital radish @sturdy grail

Edit: 3rd bug as well. Notifications are not pushing out properly as well. They only push when I open the game and my device is a Samsung Galaxy S10 (Android)

Long story: After completing the MP race in Classic MP, I headed straight to the daily goal section. Upon tapping on 'complete MP race' goal, it stuck at sync to server and then, after that, it crash to homescreen menu.

Here are some of the bugs I've been Facing the past 24H( it's the first time I ever face any of the problems listed below):-

1-the game is taking forever to open( stuck in loading screen)

Please on the behalf of top 10 players, am mailing you here, we are GOSTOSO, Muerto, Mr. Joker, Rc Annihilate, F1 Ray&Nagaknock, we all are panicing right now seeing the leaderboard changing at the end of season even if its fixed its impossible now to secure fot top 10!
We are getting barely 2 opponents whereas other players who are moving are getting full lobby and also Rc | annihilate is no more shown in leaderboard after update, how come this is a fairplay environment,

Hey bro, after doing some research, what appears to have happened is that you, me, your buddy Gostoso (lol), Joker and many other top players were placed on the cheaterboard which is as you may know like a separate leaderboard for players that have been softban by GL. What you describe also happened to me as some club member couldn't see me on top players leadeboard while others could.

I opened a ticket with GL yesterday about being on cheaterboard after the update and all that. Here was the same corporate answer they send to anyone asking why they have been softbanned:

Since the recent lambo update the ads are sometimes not loading. This seems to happen mainly (only?) on the "triple the coins" optional ad after the race. @rigid merlin S9 have Snapdragon processor. I think Exynos equipated with S20 series is not optimized. Gameloft need optimize the game for these new processors. I disable 60fps now and the game runs a little better.
