My FPS dropped down. On Asus ROG Phone 6 the game runs always with 60 FPS and was very fine to play. Time is over, only 20 to 30 FPS but the game takes the same resources. It runs so rough now.

I play this game on 2 phones but the problem is with one phone has started that is 5G phone ( OnePlus Nord ce 2 5g ) at the end of may and second one is Vivo Y15 that does crashes and very old likely 5 years old and it's 4G phone but it plays very well but ads doesn't work in this phone (Vivo Y15) ,this issue started with many users around starting of June and said that they fixed in next update or in asphalt legends unite but didn't solve it.

Alright so after a few days playing the game, I've realized 2 serious club-related issues that might happen to not all, but a minority of players:

1. The game does not count me although I've completed the club tasks. For example, I raced the LP Event with the time of 1:18, but the game does not count me as I've completed the "Beat 1:21" mission. Obvioudly with this time, you can win the race. But again, the game does not count me in as you can see.
2. Despite having played the game for like half an hour, my rep point is still STUCK at 300. That's extremely awful, considering that I play the game on a daily basis. This error shows that I literally cannot contribute my rep points to my club for the milestones, although I did play.

I have the game on Android, PC and Xbox. My Xbox is a Series S and it performs wonderfully in quality mode, at least 60fps all the time, but it has very frequent 10 second long freezes often followed by crashes which have made me lose lots of event tickets. I'm thinking of just playing on my phone when not on my PC, the only thing stopping me is the audio delay on my earbuds.

The mobile version of the game has the most fan base compared to the other platforms. If the team can't solve the problems that we experience then most people might quit the game which is a loss to them. @Asphalt team solve these issues very quickly and in a nicely manner.

On the PC version they've ended support for many PCs which previously ran the game fine because of the new engine (it requires directx 12 on pc so any GPUs made before 2015 cannot work). This seems like an indication that they're trying to advance in the graphical department, leaving behind several older and less powerful devices, and unfortunately phones are the worst performer here. I believe they'll continue like this since the amount of players that can actually play will only increase from here, with better phones getting cheaper. Android is just one of many platforms people play this game on, and from my perception it doesn't seem like there are a lot more more mobile players affected than, say, pc players. This graphical leap had to happen at some point, and unfortunately mobile players are always on the worst disadvantage. In the end I think we can only wait and get better phones, or hope there can be some more optimization.

By the way series s is a great console and runs most games either well or fine, with a couple really bad games like immortals of aveum which are just crap even on pc. Just do not get one for asphalt as now it crashes way too much and in A9 there were severe graphical glitches. It seems like the devs are exceeding the amount of ram available on Xbox.

Yeah, they won't do it most likely because for example the new map would have to be entirely remade, and they mentioned something about the old engine limiting the map complexity in the Greenland one, so there would need to be double the development for everything and some maps would just be left out. And what happens if one of those maps is in a special event? Then you can't play it. And if they make a different version just for mobile, it'll be basically the same as having a separate switch version. In the end there's basically nothing to do

I fixed the game on the Asus ROG Phone 6 myself. The Screen update rate is the solution. I played with 144Hz and 20 FPS. I tried it at 165Hz, the same happened. So I choose Automatic Hz now and this brings me back to 60 FPS again.

I just found out, how you get released. Don't touch MP at all! Not just the private room but also MP1, MP2 and the Co-op mode. Not that it works fine, I only did a few races each day to hopefully get the LP mission done (without effort, the 2 maps don't show up).
Exactly after 24 hours without entering MP, you should get released. That explains why it takes different times for everyone (24h, 48h, 7 days, ...) after Private room incidence.
Hope it works for you and everyone else still facing issues with no rep, it did for me and my club mates.

I just downloaded discord to see if its easier to get on tocuh with someone to recover account, i lost two year of progress... i moves from ios to android and after playing 2 hrs on android i got a message my account is coneccter to another platfrom and logg off, i cluld only star from beggining, after few days thay manage to synce my android data which i never played only 10 cars and delete my ios save, even on ios i could now load my android save game... No sign of support from customer care even wanted to buy countach key

Google Play allows you to download the game. So it should support the device. But it freezes along with Android. I can't even force it to close.

I'm having issue with android. Mostly the game runs fine for first few races.
What I observed is that during sections where alot of players around me, or maybe when i'm after 3-4th race, then the race becomes too bad. like screen breaks. I am able to see car but the response would be really slow, plus feels like the screen renderes 2-3 fps for few instances. it will again go to smooth when i either cross people around me or when the races finishes.

My device, Oneplus 8
settings - Performance, 60fps
above all - no power optimization and 12 gb ram

@solar quest , I understand that the dev team working hard at issues. I just don't want to raise another complain. so, want to confirm if this issue will be resolved when the game becomes optimized? currently it's really bad on android.

The team is already working to release a Hotfix, potentially early next week, to try and address the performance issues being reported by prayers (Many thanks to those who helped us investigate further by providing their device info).

I cannot guarantee that these fixes will addres the performance on your specific device (as I'm no expert) but we do hope to be able to address the main issues. I'm currently looking for info on the confirmed list of changes, but I'll make sure to let you all know when it's coming and what to expect with the hotfix.

Thanks for heads up, appreciated. Hopefully it will be beneficial for all devices since there are performance problems definitely, even on really highend devices like S23 Ultra. Huge frame drops in some parts of particular maps. I remember for example in twisty S turn in Buenos Aires in MP, there are noticable performance issues and so on...

you are not getting rep, because you are on cheaterboard... there was a bug which put you accidentaly on CB after playing in private room. It should be now fixed, but you need to stop playing MP for 24 hours, otherwise you are just prolonging this issue

MP1 Issue: when you score 2355 points and reach new league (2350 Platinum for example) and then lose 1 race (-10 points) - you are suddenly in a Gold League somehow. That's not what it supposed to be. In-game graphics says - 2250 is the border. Fix it ASAP 😏
