Clearly there is no way to fix boosting

Other game i played had same issue and devs developed a bot to look into each top 500 players entire season mp log for specific pattern of behavior- all boosters were reset 24h before season end and warned to be Perma banned if it repeats. In case of A9- only top 50 rewards matter so just manually check mp log of aperta season and take actions. @drifting latch

@jaunty blaze Yes I was aware of this exploit however I was lying to redviper about concealing this. I was collecting information to ban them. If you were observant you would have also seen I have removed the pro team members who abused this actively.

Additionally in that conversation I was asking redviper to stop boosting because if wasn’t fair. He cropped the conversation however to not show that. Also as mentioned earlier I lied to redviper about wanting to cover pro up. After learning that pro team was involved I immediately looked into the matter, removing any pro member I found guilty of exploiting.

Your accusation is very one sided. You do not have access to my DMs nor do you know who I was contacting at that time to take down this mess. Please take this into consideration next time you accuse me.

I would like to make the final statement on this matter even tho deniss already said to end this.

Do not argue or debate about the matter. Do not accuse without substantial evidence. Any info you have, message a dev or a gameloft mod, who will take it to the devs.

As for me, I have taken appropriate action in my team which I feel is necessary given the circumstances. I do not support exploiting neither does my team. As for the people who were banned I had no part in that. This decision was up to the devs not me.

It should be a 12+ age recommended game.

when will the game ever stop crashing on ipad mini2? it constantly crashes when i play either the DS event using jesko(do you know it has only 3fuels?) or the new class A limited series. it makes every exciting new content come to nothing for me here. it's so frustrating. are you working on it? I have a sound bug on my iPhone 8. iOS 12.4. If I change my music from the control center on the loading screen of a race, the game pauses the first frame it loads in. However, after resuming, there is no engine sound whatsoever across further races. Even if my master volume is on, and the engine volume is on full; there is no audio from engines. Refreshing and restarting did not work. Any help on the issue?

@obtuse valve iPhone 6 is becoming obsolete. Apple has been accused & has even been proven that they are & have been throttling back the iPhone 6 for some time now to force the user to upgrade to a newer iPhone. If it isn't performing all that well in upgrades to this game, don't blame Gameloft for all the problems-- Apple needs a lot of the blame dumped in their laps for how they treat their iPhone consumers.

Yes, I understand the guidelines for discord. The reason for my post here to you is because this is obviously a known issue that MANY players are having, not just me as an individual.

I will open a request with customer care as you have directed, but this may be something to also take back to the dev team, to avoid this happening in future, and resulting in additional traffic to GL customer care.

@arctic ibex I had that a few times but that's a while ago for me it helped to close and restart the game or by soft resetting your ios device : holding home and power button and it will restart your ios device and release the buttons once the apple logo shows up🙂

If it's not age restriction, internet connection, or the game server...my only other guess is that it might be the device? If it's not anything from the list, something else went wrong. Or perhaps this could just be temporary. After this season ends, and a new one starts, maybe the races will start working again. That's my last guess...

Have you checked thoroughly to see if all the event rewards have been claimed?

@drifting latch That might just be a timing bug. Keep trying the same race and try to get a faster time. The bot didn’t actually have that time most likely, perhaps it was just a few seconds ahead. Only the results are written wrong. Just play the race another time and see if that fixes it. 👍

@drifting latch I think that has to do with the time the player disconnected, how they disconnected (automatically or manually) or it has to do with the rating. My guess is ‘how’ the player disconnected. If the disconnect was automatic, it’s likely the player won’t lose points, although I think sometimes it still does.

@drifting latch Before reporting a player, just make sure you've got valid evidence to report. From what it seems like, it wasn't a cheat. If a Moderator removed your post and other users are pointing towards it not being a cheat, then it's most likely not. But if you do report players, just make sure it's an actual cheat.

@patent pelican It might be that. Some attempts for less lag would be to clear out the app's cache in the system settings. You can also try to adjust the controls/displays in-game too see if that helps reduce the lag. Hopefully this issue gets fixed soon! space

@warm spruce Don't cheat. Just delete the app and download it again. No need to go through cheating to start over. When you install the app again, it'll ask you which profile you'd like to continue with. If you want to start over, just select 'new account'. You can choose to overwrite the old account with the new one if you'd like to do so.

It gets removed. Only the new, fastest time is shown. The slower time isn't necessary, so it gets removed and replaced. 👍

Oh, that might just be a little bug. Your actual time is shown on the bar below.
If it doesn't go away, try opening and closing the app. It might need some time to sync.

@cold grove If you haven't progressed far on your iPad, you can try to uninstall and reinstall again. When you install it the next time, the option should be there to connect when you start the game. If it asks for a profile, don't tap on the existing one. Start fresh. Try to connect to your same Facebook account, that syncs your game data on both devices. If the option isn't available when you start the game, you might have to wait to see if you level up (I'm not sure if this helps).

When/where/how it happens? Ads issue while refilling cars after the update. You can play an ad, then it says "No more ads available", and when you click on skip again, it lets you play another ad. Then repeat!

Perhaps that's because it's still considered a recent map. It was added to the game, so it might not be as stable as the maps that came with the game initially.

Im having issues with the maps and the fps on IOS/Ipad. In the Caribbean, i always experience severe lag, which affects my overall gameplay. When i finish a mp race, the game sometimes crashes or really lags. And i wish that we can have 60 fps for IOS because it’s hard to master the maps when you have severe lag blocking your way. Also please make the game more easier and fairer. Because we all thought we could have the Jesko. But we can’t. Im stuck at Hacking Beasts and it’ll be there until the event ends. It’s kinda sad. And i hope you listen to our feedback Gameloft, please make the game a better and more fare game. Enough of the pay2win, make it play2win. I never skip ads because i know it’ll help a lot. So please listen to this feedback im giving to you, Gameloft. Please

I'm having issues with the daily ads, once I watch an AD I need to restart the game otherwise I get the prompt "sorry, no more ads available now". Also I sometimes don't get the ticket after watching an AD. Simply put - ADs don't work they way they should 🙂

Ads keep syncing for 5-10 seconds since update before giving reward. Never happened before, I always got the reward instantly.
