if you're playing the steam version you can turn on game recording

settings - game recording - set it to "record in background" and adjust settings to your liking
then, when you're done playing, the recording will show up in the post-game summary on the game's page, and you can make clips from it that you can then export to mp4 and share

"Fragmented MP4 (.mp4)" works well for me, but you can try "MPEG-4 (.mp4)" (it shows a warning that if your computer crashes the recording will be unrecoverable) or "Hybrid MP4 [BETA] (.mp4)" (apparently works better)

the video encoder might also matter

just keep in mind that you should change it in the recording section, not streaming
