Does anybody play GTA Online here?

The problem is that I can’t enter my garage or apartment. Today I however entered the apartment and set the spawn location to spawn inside the apartment, now whenever I try to enter GTA Online, the game either crashes, gets stuck in the loading screen (and has to restart the game to fix it) or shows an error. I just want to verify that if it is happening to me only or with everyone.
