My strategy was starting with zeus attack to strip down the blue hearts the special.
Frost flourish isnt the best for this(approval process forced my hand) and I recommend artemis special, aswell as tidal dash to make them explode
The base damage on the explosion is ridiculously high so you want to take advantage of that by stacking high % boons on it
Such as Aphrodite at a high rarity, chaos boons and artemis(preferably with hunter's mark)
