I dunno. I don't really like stacking up too much hard labour/lasting consequences, sometimes I take them sometimes not, depends if I wanna fight EM4 or not really. Convenience Fee... I gues it's ok but it's a lot of extra cost for very little extra heat, which costs a lot of raw power in the run. Calesthenics and Jury Summons costs a lot of time so make Tight Deadline less viable almost being not worth the heat they add in that respect. Underworld Customs I would usually use but trying to get the meme beam to work right requires a ton of boons. Heightened Security is asking for a very urn-based death in the final boss fight IMO, and Routine Inspection and Approval Process just feel really bad, so that leaves me with what I used.

Had that type of Cast that reloads automatically, and got a Chaos boon to give me one extra, coupled with the duo that shoots 2 casts for 1, so many casts were had.

There is a nice breakdown for heat in the pinned messages in #h1-high-heat-strategies, EM4 is a very difficult fight, and the combo of EM4 + JS + DC make your run slower, so if you tone those down, you could put TD3 instead of TD2 and possibly learn LC4 + SD since thats a very common pact to take at 32

You can just take away EM4 and put those 4 points into lasting consequences 4 and hard labor 1. That's what I run with most weapons at 32.

Note that there are some ways to cheat most of the downside of lasting consequences. Some things heal you anyway, like cursed slash. Patroclus can give your stubborn defiance +50% healing, so if you get two room styx, you can start last boss fight with two 80% HP healthbars.
