Lightning strike is actually pretty good on fists, but static discharge will give you most of your damage scaling.

Oh! I put on the Meg Earring so that i would have 40% increase of damage when low hp. Paired that up with Stubborn Defiance so i would purposefully put myself below 35% from the start to get that extra damage. Which i found really useful to saving time cause that 5 Min timer was brutal to me

Also the Meg Bat for some quick AOE damage

The Demeter boons at the start were really nice too! Making the enemies slower

and the Hammers of Exploding Launcher and Charged Skewer really just gave an edge to ranged extra damage! (enchanced by the Hades Aspect Spear)

Guan Yu 40 clear, this one took like 10 combined hours' worth of attempts across a few weeks. Somehow got nothing but chaos, athena and nearly every single art boon

After 120 hours and over 3 years of on and off playing I've finally got the 100%!! Super proud of this since the only other game I've 100% is Chants of Sennaar which don't get me wrong is an amazing game but getting the 100% in that took me like 8 hours top

Just beat 32 heat for the first time after not touching the game for years. Got the lucky hoarding hammer early and then just kept to it.

Shackle with aspect of Nemesis to start just feels so good. Nets you extra time by breezing through Tartarus and Asphodel.

Unironically my favourite keepsake now, whereas I'd never even put it on before. Same with Nemesis sword, now one of my favourite weapons in the entire game.

very fun run with bonus damage from speed + delta chamber + seeking fire. I've now completed the prophecy with all weapon upgrades for the rail

extremely scuffed guan yu run as my fiftieth clear. had poseidon on my attack but it was terrible when it knocked enemies out of healing range so I sold it. didn't get anything on attack and special until elysium so tidal dash was my main source of damage until then haha. I tried to gather hammer/boons I needed for prophecies and it didn't go so well, but at least I cleared it

Playing Hades 2 has motivated me to return to the first game to finally attempt 32 heat, and I surprisingly got it first try with my favorite weapon+aspect! Although I kind of got carried by Athena lol

I find that dark regen + fountains is better healing than fountains alone. Plus I think a measly +3 health per room is useless

Here's the thing, with the fountain after the boss, you shouldn't really need the healing from darkness. Like someone else mentioned it has bad synergy with dark foresight, which you want on at all times. Personally I've never seen a single darkness room in elysium, and it cannot spawn in styx either. Meanwhile 3 per room is constant always ticking per room, 4 if you have nourished soul. 3 per room shines in a elysium, that's 15 healing per tunnel.

what matters more here is jolted rarity, which doesn't matter that much more as long as you put some poms in it
