Okay i said I was done yuesterday with this game (or at least for a while) - I decided I'm done pushing 50+ heat runs, but I still got a few more aspects to clear with for 32+ all. Did Hades today, this run had stupid rng. Also had purple jolted and constant 20% rush delivery boost. Feels like no matter how crazy rng is, there's always 1 thing that would be the cherry on top to get to make the build perfect but just couldn't get, heart rend being the case here.

I just finished Hades 1 with no upgrades. Cleared up to 5 heat on the spear and completed ||the grand feast|| without ever upgrading or altering a weapon, spending a point of darkness in the mirror, using any summons or keepsakes, or purchasing a chamber upgrade from the house contractor. It's a major feels-good.

There's a lot that goes into it, including memorizing the entire layout of the house, paying attention to the position of each sound as it plays, (activating of doors, items and boons appearing and so on), memorizing routes through specific areas of the game, (the first room of asfidel is a particularly good example because we have to get to the first boat without killing ourselves in the lava), memorizing attack paterns for enemies and bosses, all of which have their own unique audio, and for every menu, such as boon selections and whatnot, I used Optical Character Recognition, (OCR for short). Basically OCR scans an image and attempts to detect any text within, then present it in a screen reader-readable way. I used this to make every choice I could make. There is actually a LOT that helps the blind in Hades. For example, consider that even the enemies spawning in is a positional sound, so we know where they are immediately.

Never seen a single art piece from the game. 🙂 I actually wrote a guide specifically for blind people on how to play Hades without the use of accessibility mods, just in case someone wanted to try it or picked up the PS5 or Switch versions or something.

Finally got my second heat 32 win ever ! (other then with the gun) But I think I will try a few times gain and settle for heat 16-20 because there is certain aspects of the game I wanna enjoy en benfinit package 2 is cancer at times

That might not be a great idea. Will probably be easier to learn Rama a bit more and nuke your way through 20 and 32. There's certainly a lot of room for improvement with the build at the very least

the aspect of arthur is the only thing that made me able to get the 32 heat run never gonna do it again ever

Damn ! that actually impressive. Yeah when I finish doing it on the bow, I will be able to say I did it with all weapons and I can play at that difficulty. but unless I become crazy good I think I will be playings around heat 8-24

45 Achillies, finally done with spear. Rail and bow remain for 45+. Achillies was mad frustrating until I could finally get a run where I got an early +1 stone and hammer for flurry jab

Smair on aphro call is nearly useless

The good part of aphro call is the damage. Charm is ok but you’re missing out on Zeus+jolted which is big damage

Also you’re not charming hades for 8 seconds

Charm time on boss is cut by a lot

So base is 5 seconds, you’re probably getting about 2 seconds of charm if that

probably 2 or 3 but it does interupt him. yes Zeus is better for dps, not even close. but for safety sake ... being able to spam aphrodite call saved me with the fist.

All g. When you call, you get like .5 seconds of invincibility. Most helpful for avoiding spins. If you press it right after the traced circle around dad, you’ll iframe the hit

So while 2 seconds of charm is nice, having a get out of jail free card that also does damage ends up being better

well every moves are scare but yeah having a frame one .5 second iframe sounds nice, but without pratice i would have still get bodied

That’s also why it’s good to not let it build up too, since you have to blow your whole call at at once

well if you can I have it charge fast I can see that. sometimes I let my call bar fill during bosses if I didnt need the extra "omph" to bail me out or do dmg
