Make sure you keep your Dash slot open until you get Tidal Dash because exchanges only have a 10% to show up, and it could be for any core boon except Call, so your chances of finding Tidal Dash if you already have another Dash are really bad.
Although, if you see Divine Dash that's probably fine to pick up.
Much lower DPS, but Deflect on your Dash is very safe.
But you wouldn't wanna waste poms on Divine Dash, so you'd just pom Static Discharge and hopefully a decent Call.

Your laptop screen probably just has worse display lag now than before.
@buoyant bay just look for the flash above the bobber, the bobs are irrelevant. There's a white flash right above the bobber when it's a real bob. Some players who struggle with that put a thumb on the bobber to not be faked out by fake bobs and have more success that way.
Also if the first three bobs were fake, the fourth is always real, so you can just react immediately on the fourth bob.

persuasion gives you more chances to get what you want when you actually get the god boon and make it a lot easier to get the right duos and hermes boons

I agree to an extent. You see, being impervious for about 8 seconds is something alright, but you're still left with just your damage in the last boss fight, for instance. While, if you artemis greater call, you should take 1/3 of the boss' hp bar. Same goes for aphrodite's

But actually what I do is I just act like a little baby and camp him out. Stay far away, and just throw your cast at him. If you’re not a fan of that, Poseidon special with the bonus damage to bosses on gauntlets always does well for me, especially if you can get the legendary double knock away thing. Hide behind pillars for his laser, stack up on death defiance and extra HP, and just kick his butt.

these will help you to get two duo boons which will help increase the damage of hangover
from hermes you want to take hypersprint and then rush delivery. though if your second hermes boon is a choice between hypersprint and greatest reflex, or if greatest reflex from the first boon is rare or higher you can take it over hypersprint

4th attempt? you're doing fine lmao. elysium boss is a hard progression wall for a lot of players, honestly i'd say 25-40 attempts for a first run clear is average.
as far as the bosses themselves, depends on the approach you want to take. one will actively chase you around the arena, one will largely stay away from you while targeting you from long range. personally i found it easier to ignore theseus and focus on asterius while keeping an eye on when theseus was about to launch his spear. other people find it easier to avoid asterius and go after theseus first since asterius hits harder. your best bet overall is just picking one to focus on and ignore the other outside of dodging attacks

yes, I find that after I do something for the first time (i.e. beat a boss, clear a region) it becomes much easier

||They make a very distinctive noise before they do this. Listen for it next run. You can react to it even if you can't see the Satyrs. Your dash is mostly completely invulnerable as long as you aren't attacking while you dash (we refer to that as iframing)||

Projectile speed and enemy attack/trap cues can all be memorized with enough playtime
Once you had these “encoded” into your muscle memory, it’s easier just know where to dash
Staying put in the game is a death sentence anyway (most of the time lmao)

mostly with the sword since youre closer it can be good to simply be using standing attacks and dashes to reposition before you try out the double dash strike into special combo just to have less to worry about and analyzing enemy attacks that way

||you only need one ambrosia per olympian to reach heart 6, except for demeter for whom you only need to reach the locked heart aka heart 5, and also only need to reach hearts 5/6 for like 6 of them, good amounts of ambrosia can also be earned from the minor prophecies||

one thing to pay attention to is that the hydra wont repeat attacks twice in a row. like it wont do the slam back to back or if it uses a different attack, it may follow up right away with the slam

i think it helps somewhat to move buttons to have less work being done by any particular finger
like with the base controls, dash, attack, special, cast are all controlled by your right thumb and it has to do a lot of moving
you can do something like put dash and cast on shoulder buttons to move some of the work to your index fingers. and it also helps for simultaneous input which is helpful for some playstyles

Poor technique and also just some natural soreness from practicing new motor skills. Use a grip that is natural and relaxed. Don't press buttons or pull triggers harder than necessary for the game to register the input. Speed in execution comes from practice, not from "trying really hard", which just causes unnecessary tension in antagonist muscles (muscles that pull in the opposite direction of the movement you want to do), which actually slows you down and accelerates fatigue.
Essentially, it's a mixture of (potentially) poor grip, unnecessary tension, and pressing buttons too hard. And with all that fixed, you'd still want regular breaks until you've had a lot more practice.
It's like piano practice. When you're new to it, you're gonna tire out really fast just from practicing one short passage of one piece of music. But with a lot of practice, you can eventually play an entire concert just fine.

I have found that the best weapons are the ones that fit my playstyle the best and that I've read guides on what the best weapons are but they don't work for me. I guess I'm just saying you need to experiment and find your sweet spot.
Shield might be a good way to go for a bit since it's both defensive and offensive.

||to get more rewards you need to increase the heat by one then get a clear, obtaining all the bounties in that heat tier||

It's better to turn on God mode at the start just so you could hang on longer and learn the attack patterns

You should look at the weapons you're most comfortable with and check if any of the aspects look interesting to you, some might require a higher level to become usable, but there is no specific order for what to unlock and level up first

so first of all what weapon are you preferring and what does your mirror look like?

Maxed shadow presence, vitality, reflex, boiling blood, two defiance, and +35 health

mhm. once you get to the last three upgrades id recommend dark foresight and fated persuasion for the last and third to last. theyre the green versions of those talents

Not really been trying then all but for melee did the best with spear
However bow or gun I do the best
So save up 20 keys and unlock the last two

for gun id recommend zeus on your attack and go for his static discharge boon to give it jolted then get poseidon on dash unless you feel uncomfortable without athena. aphrodite on special is good too
for other weapons, early on well you dont have access to much titan blood, its usually easiest to go for a doom build
start ares keepsake and get doom on attack and grab athena special and dash and from ares if you see him again get impending doom
ares attack with athena special unlocks the chance to get their duo boon merciful end with makes your abilities that deflect instantly proc doom if you have doom applied to an enemy

doom is very strong early on when your weapons by themselves dont have much damage outpu. still stays very strong afterwards too

i don't know if i just got lucky but there's this one build i had for the spear first time i floored redacted
mostly zeus with jolted, epic poseidon dash, blade rift cast, dio call
helped me early on

uh also for hammers. for the rail id recommend rocket bomb, cluster bomb, hazard bomb. for spear your best are explosive launcher, and flurry jab. bow twin shot/triple shot and flurry shot

also, since i'm here, i can't get the thanatos friendship thing to progress. Every time he shows up, he gives me a present for flooring all of the enemies then vanishes. He's not at the house, either. I've heard his summon is really useful so i'm trying my hardest to max out his friendship asap. Any reason this is happening?

their duo smouldering air makes your call charge in 5 seconds which makes it pretty spammable
for than's locked heart you need to beat him in his encounter though youve probably done that already. even after doing that, he requires a couple of encounters first to tick of some dialogue before you can progress further.
all you can do really is just have a nectar whenvever he shows up in case he lets you gift him and to check his hangout spot everytime to go back to the house

Because at half health, spearman gets an attack that's like Meg's ground arrows but more annoying

theseus becomes a lot more annoying when under half hp so deal with asterius first while making sure theseus doesnt get low
also pretty sure asterius becomes more aggresive if you defeat theseus before him
