The Minotaur can be difficult when you get to him the first time, don't be discouraged. And your mirror isn't maxed yet, I would think, so you'll be a lot stronger when you've upgraded it more.

I always try to use movement on him. He’s a fast enemy and some of his moves are a lot easier to dodge when you have an extra dash or increased speed after dodging so a little help from a Hermès boon can go a long way. That goes double for the ||Hades|| fight soon after. If you’re concerned with weapons, besides being one of the better weapons in general, the shield is wonderful for blocking most of his attacks effectively (My personal favorite is the chaos shield for its special which is amazing when maxed).

Sometimes I'm trying to focus my poms or hunting for a particular duo and so I'm clearing a boon that dilutes those respective pools and doesn't help me enough to make up for it. well generally pick two, three gods that have a good duo boon or legendaries and aim for those along with supporting boons. like examples athena/ares on attack/special get merciful end, impending doom. artemis/aphro for heart rend. zeus/aphro/zeus get a good call like zeus/poseidon/dio and get smouldering air

its pretty dependent on what asoect youre using for what gods you want to target

the former gives you extra hp, and the latter negates up to 5 hits

Also since it wasn’t mentioned before, Achilles’ Rush bonus applies to the next 4 Attacks/Casts after you rush, so basically you rush then cast 4 times and go on with your combo for example, to maximize damage, it’s not like you have to have that bonus up 100% of the time but it’s how you get massive burst dmg in boss fights etc

Yeah, I dunno. 9 runs isn't that many, and the dialogue trees can be very complex. You might just be missing a dialogue from Master Chaos or maybe Than or somebody.

I never really worried about those things and just rolled with it. If you're getting new dialogues at all, you're probably heading in the right direction.

But if you're concerned there's a bug, you can report it with F10, so they can look into it.

There have been bugs before where some dialogue couldn't advance for certain players.

ill just copypasta this theseus and asterius. well practice mostly. focus first on asterius as theseus gets annoying under half health. theseus mainly just throws spears at you if you stay away. pay attention to the sound cue and the target on you that turns red when he's about to throw. asterius is rather slow and doesnt change directions well. dash behind him when he attacks and make sure to not overextend by attacking him for too long. when he does his bull charge at you, find a pillar and dash through it when he's close.

and uh theseus turns himself and his shield around after throwing his spear and also becomes defenseless during the beginning of his second phase

You can’t really sell the various resources you got from the game, but you can exchange them with the Broker in the house

Hades isn't really a game where farming resources is important. It's mostly paced very carefully so you generally have enough to unlock the things you need as you need them. It's more of a balancing for different skill levels (especially since failing a run and retrying gets you a bunch of darkness). Eventually you just end up with the resources being worthless other than for buying expensive vanity items.

Just finished my first 10 runs AKA shameful deaths. Unlocked a bunch of stuff. When do I get the boss battle? Is it randomized or do I have to cross over a fixed number of chambers (or is it story based) like die a certain amount of times?

After clearing the first area, will I respawn after each death from the second area? (after Tartarus is done I mean)

if you die after clearing tartarus you start over again from the beginning, not in the second area

Chambers 14 > 24 > 36 are boss fights. And then the fourth one varies.

I think the annoying thing with Theseus is that he can block you with his shield. I always try to dash behind him

there's 1 duo boon u could consider, the one from athena/Dio,

it slows down all projectile, might help a lot against Thessus spear

or, all range enemies in general

and Dio Athena boons provide good dmg and defense,

some depend on the aspect but mainly ones to always use at early game are 3 defiances, 2 dashes, +50 health, more boon/pom/hammer etc rooms, the green reroll

if you are running zeus attack get static discharge next

@acoustic tusk start Lightning Strike (+ Static Discharge), and then get Tidal Dash.

And put all your poms on Tidal Dash, maybe 1-2 on Static Discharge.

And get any % Special that's not Tempest Flourish.

Also pick up a Call because the weapon builds god gauge very fast.
