Your Dash-Attack charges faster than your Attack, so that's usually the way to go for the bow.
Just gotta find your rhythm for Dash-Strike Power Shots.

However, levels are less potent than rarity and suffer from a diminishing effect (level 2 to 3 is going to be less effective than level 1 to 2 and so on).
