not only is having a double dash easier to use but constantly using dash-strikes is actually a part of effectively using the melee weapons
for sword it's just spamming dash-strikes because the normal attack really sucks
with fists you chain dash-strikes to keep pummeling enemies without stopping
for shield you just kinda bullrush>dash-strike>bullrush
though it probably doesn't matter if you're using ruthless or greater in shield's case

Tbh it’s less a guide and more a rule of thumb, but faster hitting weapons like gods with curse damage like Zeus, Dio, Ares (weirdly) and dem somewhat. Slower hitting weapons/attacks generally will like damage % bonus gods like Artemis, Aphrodite, Athena etc
There are exceptions all over the place like how doom is great for slow, fire and forget attacks like bow special, or how Athena is great on fist attack because of her reflector property
But that’s generally how the distribution of who should go where will track

Honestly it's very difficult initially to keep track of his spear while fielding Asterius, it's normal to lose the first bunch of times you fight them. Just remember to dodge as soon as the target turns red, it'll get easier
After you beat Asterius, the timing changes and it becomes slightly faster, so watch out for that. Try to stay not so close to him that you can't dodge the spear, but close enough to run in after. As soon as he recalls it, he'll show his back for a second or two

Okay, if you didn't know he's entirely open when he initially calls for help from the gods

Also, he can't go below half health before phase 2 no matter how much damage you do. Even if you do 10k damage, his health bar stops halfway if he's still in phase 1. So if you do have a super high damage cast saved up and he's close to phase 2, wait until he calls for help before using it

What I always did was get behind or to the side of him when he swung the axe, dashed behind him when he jumped, and hit him then
But you can dash behind him before he swings for extra damage
You have to be careful though, it only works if you're close enough and dash before he starts swinging
In phase 2 you can't tell (as far as I know) whether he's going to jump or send the waves behind him, so it helps to have Athena's Divine Dash
And take both Hermes boons you're offered, I believe that you always get 2 in a run. Greater Reflex makes a huge difference.

So if you get hit at 2 secs, your revenge boons will trigger, but now the auto revenge goes back to 3 seconds

||Bounties and heat go up for each weapon individually. Exceeding the heat guage will just give you rewards for the lowest bounty requirement. If you have bounties on 3 heat and do 5 instead, you will get the rewards for 3 heat and your next bounties will be at 4.||

If you're looking for a really vague guide ||invest 5 titan blood in any non zagreus aspects to get the first aspect||, for the rest ||invest 5 titan blood in the particular weapon you want the hidden aspect for, and it doesnt have to be non-zagreus aspects||
The first weapon aspect you get will always be ||Guan Yu for the spear||, and after that, you may unlock the rest.
||Mind you, all aspects are locked behind dialogue with specific characters. The wiki has them listed, and that guide probably does as well.||
