What i do is kill the Minotaur while avoiding Theseus, getting in for a hit or 2 if I'm close to him

There isn't really a "good" weapon so much as there are ones you're better at using or find easier to work with. It sounds like the shield is your friend for now, but I'm not sure if you've unlocked all of them just yet

I think there's an auto-aiming option that I'm pretty sure is on by default (double-check settings though; I could be wrong), but also give a controller a spin too. Hades and Pyre are games I literally don't think I could play any other way and a lot of that comes down to the fact the games both feel like they were built for a controller first

I totally agree and thats why I love Hades so much. Not only are you in a single player game but you also improve each run not just from the mental side of learning more about the game but having keepsakes and mirror upgrades. It's a really really good feeling when you beat a boss and can tell yourself that you beat it because you are good enough to beat it. its not other peoples success its your own. I started playing yesterday and beat the hydra but died on the third floor. Crazy dopamine rush from learning so much in one day and being able to go from losing to the pair of bomb skeletons on the first floor to killing the first boss without taking any damage and learning how to synergize your boons

@leaden whale fists are very flexible and almost anything works. One thing to realize is that you swing so fast that you stagger unarmored enemies and they just can’t attack you as long as you keep bashing them. So swing swing swing, dash attack, swing x3, repeat.

But Zeus fists are fun. Get as much Zeus as possible

So Poseidon is one of your seeds so yeah you’ll likely see him again
