The god keepsakes only guarantee that they will be the first olympian offered under normal circumstances. If you're early enough in the game, there are still some scripted encounters at the start of each run that will override the keepsake

And you can also get a hammer instead of a boon in the first room even with the keepsake

They are one-time use for the guaranteed boon. You'll see a little "1 use" indicator on the bottom of the keepsake until you use it, and then it goes away. The rarity bonus persists as long as you have it equipped, though

Not to mention you can put more basic attacks in as well so it's well over 150

If any fellow new players are wondering how to get more titans blood after their first success, just do a new run with 1 heat, take an easy choice on that (I usually go for 20% more enemies) and when you beat the bosses with any weapon you get fresh rewards. It's worth really slowing down and not trying to kill bosses, just watch them and move around. Free up your brain to study them. Most of them only have a handful of moves, all of which they telegraph before hand and if you pay attention you can learn what is coming down the line. This is especially useful for the last 2 boss fights. I ended up with the chaos boon that halved my health but allowed me to heal 1 hp every second and I had very long fight with Hades where I had to slow it down and really watch him while I healed. I beat him easily once I got the flow of how he works.

I mean if you have good dash damage sure. However if there are a ton of enemies near your target, it becomes that much more important to have an escape plan.
If you're ranged, you can just back up and continue firing

I think my point is that since you can't dash indefinitely, you have to use them to get in during the enemy's attack, deal your damage, and dash out before the next enemy attack starts. I prefer just attacking while dodging

In Tartarus, each chamber has a 15% chance to have a Chaos gate, and after seeing a gate you can't see another for 10 rooms.
In Asphodel, each chamber has a 7.5% chance to have a Chaos gate, and after seeing a gate you can't see another for 8 rooms.
In Elysium, each chamber has a 5% chance to have a Chaos gate, and after seeing a gate you can't see another for 8 rooms.

Depending on their location in the biome, you can get 2 natural Chaos gates in Tartarus, 1 in Asphodel, and 2 in Elysium. You can force more per biome with Light of Ixion, but it will refresh your "time to next chaos gate" counter
