Divine Dash is easily the best dash in the game. Easily. Dashes don't have invincibility on recovery, but Deflected attacks can't hurt you. And very importantly, Dash-Strikes don't have i-frames at all, but Deflect will still protect you.

Whatever is more valuable to you in terms of your goals. Ambrosia is for forging bonds with characters or trading it in for titan blood. Titan blood is for upgrading weapons only. You also can't trade it for anything (special deals only). In terms of game's monetary value estimations they're the same since 1 titan blood costs 1 ambrosia.

^thanks! Seems like even if they are hard to get both resources are essentially infinite in game. So if you have a upgrade you really want earlier in the game the trade is fine

all of them are valuable in a quantity slightly larger than you get from bounties, and the exchange rate to trade for more is not exactly in your favor
so trading a bounty resource for a common resource is basically taking out a loan you'll have to pay back later with interest

@rugged relic (not speaking for Hell mode) but there isn't really "perma-death" system in Hades. you only have one player character and you just start over from the beginning of the run. Dying will allow you to invest in upgrades that you don't lose, either and will make you stronger in the long run

It's a roguelite so some unlocks are permanent and carry through your runs, as Zero said
The only thing you lose between your runs is your "equipment" which is the boons/hammers and money you accrue during the run

@rugged relic it has an amazing story, something usually missing from Roguelikes and Rougelites (I say that with Rogues being one of my favorite genres) but it is still a Rogue, there is a definitive gameplay loop that you will have to restart after each time you fail, or again after you complete it. Did you try and not like other Rogues? I might be able to reference something for you

If you can actually use it effectively, yes. It also depends on what type of weapon you're running. If you will be using the bow or a stationary aspect, it could be good to dodge incoming damage. I'd mostly say that they are better options though. I personally like the Butterfly keepsake.

It's a good idea to just slow things down and see if you can handle not attacking a single enemy while just timing your dashes to not get hit. Helps you really understand how to deal with them and what to look out for.
You'll start seeing good spots to attack that way, and you'll be a lot calmer and won't rush into bad positions as much.
Because you'll know if you're x close, they will probably attack. But if you dash just a little bit more to the left instead, you'll have some breathing room.
Stuff like that.
