Healing from fountains, defiances (and a few other sources) is relative to maximum health. Which is why it pays to raise it, even with a Centaur Soul. I have a target of 200 maximum HP for the Elysium boss fight.

Gifts are the main way. There will be a locked heart at some point that bars the progress. Each character has some specific conditions that unlock it.

Help/Advice pls: Im on heat 19 and still don´t have my "routine" build. I go often poseidon sword into casts + anything or tank myself trough with arthur. I try go malphon first aspect + hope for dodge (with reroll help) and trinket for dodge and hope for many dodges while zerging enemy down and hope for ruthless to activate for invicibility (almost) for 2s. I still dont know what Im doin in this game...give me build advice for pact of punishment conditions...the tight deadline stresses me too much...cant handle it but its 3-6 points...

Theseus when you fight him will only use a spear throw or a spin attack. When he does the spear throw, just stay calm and get behind a pillar. When he does the spin attack, get out of the way or i-frame the spin with a dash (not a dash-strike because those have no invincibility).

Phase 2 the first time Theseus uses a call, he's completely open to attacks. So you can usually just run in a small circle around him to evade the call and smack him a lot of times with dash-strikes. That's also a good time to use your Greater Call if you have one or spam any Lesser Calls.

After that, if he's still alive, focus on just fighting him like before in phase 1 during the times he doesn't have a call, and focus on evading the call whenever he uses it—ideally somewhere behind pillars, so that his throw won't reach you.

Just staying behind a pillar to avoid the spear allows you to still i-frame Asterius's attacks. And for the bull charge, dashing through a pillar can work quite well because he can't do that.

When I fight those two I try to lead bull as far away as possible from Thes. I dash between pillars while slowly damaging Asterius. When I see the red target on me (I know the timing by muscle memory now) I know when to dash or even deflect

Once bull down I just sit behind pillars and poke, memorized his whole moveset though so that makes it easier
